9/1 Norwich, even with that United midfield. Well worth a fiver.

I reckon we'll start well and miss a few half decent chances. Norwich will score on the break and then it'll end 0-1

Our midfield is being manned by two out of contract players that have chucked it. I cannot think of a situation where that is better than playing a young player.
We were in a poor run of form when Rashford made his debut. The idea young players can only come in and perform well when the team is doing well is not backed up with evidence.
It's the fact, if it were you or me I would be terrified of not putting a shift in, yet these two don't care. It is unbelievable arrogance.

So let them get the criticism. As he said you drop kids into a good situation not put all the pressure on them to save your season.

I don't think it's a case of saving the season at this point, but rather saving face.

Mejbri could have started at CAM ahead of Lingard. A young hungry academy graduate desperate to prove himself vs a player who has continually disappointed and does not want to be here. The same applies to Pogba.

Wouldn't we get more from players who want to save the season because CL football is essential for our club than players who don't care where we finish because they won't be here next year?

Interesting midfield three. Hoping we see more of a traditional three in midfield, rather than a number 10. Stretch teams with our left and right sided midfielders and create overloads in the wide areas.

    McT & Fred both injured.

I'd have had Matic in there anyway, we don't actually have a DM at all.

Probably don't need one today in fairness. Just pick up the ball and move it quickly.

Popcorn out though if you actually play that midfield and forward line v Liverpool though!

why on earth is Lingard playing?! Just go for it and give Hannibal a game, desperate for him to get some game time.

can’t pick a midfield if you don’t have one anyway. I like it.

I don't think Pogba will receive the love from our fans when he eventually signs elsewhere. Think a lot would love to see him fall flat on his face. If we are stupid enough to lose today and then at Liverpool, as you would expect. It might then let him play the kids. The problem is that other clubs are also so inconsistent that it keeps giving the club hope of Europe so it is just dragging it out.

Willing to bet none of you who predict this sort of thing got the line up right... :)

After the Spurs result we can’t afford to drop points.. although seeing the line up Norwich might get a few chances :nervous:

Yeah he’s chucked it. Don’t really blame him this group of players are toxic.
He could drop his pants moon the OT crowd before jumping on the next plane back to moscow and some of you still wouldn't blame him.

We’re still mathematically in the hunt for fourth, but I really would like to see Hannibal getting starts for us. There’s no excuse for Lingard being in the squad, let alone being in the starting XI.

Elanga was lucky to come in when we had some new manager positivity. Now there’s none of any of that so it just isn’t worth it for the however many games left. Let Ten Haag bring through whoever he fancies next season
oooooh dear, (read in G.Neville voice) one "a" not two. :wenger:
You should know how to spell name of our future quadruple winning manager.
    ten Hag

Don't really know why I get so annoyed when I see that. Sorry. Carry on.

The interim manager with no say in anything aside from team selection and training for no more than 6 months is utterly blameless. You can’t polish a turd and all that.

Nevertheless, we obviously have to win today.

I see where you're going with this and I guess it makes sense. The thing is, I'm not that bothered about winning the remaining games. I just want to see players in the lineup who genuinely care rather than players going through the motions until they can sign with a new club.

I dunno, guess I had my heart set on a young team going out there and showing the seniors how it's done- more fool me for believing that :p

Ooh, just saw Spurs lost. We can win and get closer. There is a chance to get to top 4. Right?
Man Utd players: "Nah, dream on you naive fool"

    Feck me, Lingard is starting.

Rangnick talks the talk, but he keeps playing the same dross.

You can bet on Mata, Matic, and Rashford to come one as subs.

These players have been coached by so many people and different systems. It might just be better waiting until next season, with a lot of the dross gone and a definitive system of play to get us interested again.

Now it's Spurs giving us a chance... will we blow it again? Meanwhile, Graham Potter is going to get a big club one day

Funny thing about Lingard starting is that if he has designs on going to West Ham, he'll actually be incentivised to feck us over.

Another week, another weird starting 11 by Ralf. Thank God that man won't be the manager next season. How tf is Lingard starting out of nowhere ?

The players are a joke mate. Have been all season.
