De Gea, AWB, Lindelöf, Jones, Williams, Matic, Fred, Andreas, Rahsford, Greenwood & Martial - score 1-1.

Home game against a bad team that tries to play good football, if there was ever a game for Gomes to start as a #10...

In the Fergie era these games were formalities and the only issues we would have were missed chances or a wordie keeper performance.

    It was awesome

We should go for a back 1 with Lindelof as the CB. If City can play without a CF why can't we play with 1 CB or without a CB. That will confuse Norwich and they will not know how to play against us and the pundits will claim Ole as a genius.

3-0. A little breather before next weekend.

Ole could be sacked if we don’t win this. Would you take a draw to see that happen? Or is that out of the question? Ole isn’t our biggest problem but he’s also a problem that can be fixed before the others.

I would take a 5-0 loss if it meant Ole getting binned mate. The clubs long term future is more important than beating Norwich.

Sadly, even a 5-0 home defeat to Norwich wouldn't be enough to rid us of the clueless one.

Top reds will be here any second to tell you you’re scum. You’re right.

We’re only 5 points behind Chelsea with Spurs seemingly out of the running this is a must win game.

Will smash them 3-0 and Ole In brigade will flood their home thread afterwards.

Hi, I’m here to tell you that your both scum, sub-human scum :nono: :p

Seriously though wishing the club you support to lose 5-0 to Norwich in a bid to oust the manager is purest shithousery.

If the scenario was a guaranteed sacking (which is questionable) then most fans at this point if they were really honest with themselves would take it. Yes always support the team blah blah blah but at the end of the day Ole is completely out of his depth. We need a change. We’ve appointed three dinosaurs and a complete noob. It’s time to go for Poch.

I wouldn’t wish for that under Ole, I wouldn’t want him sacked like a dog and embarrassed in such a way, not least with it being his dream job at the club he worships.

I am the type that usually puts sentiment to one side in business but this is sport, memories, loyalty.

Ole is one of us. I wouldn’t throw him to the dogs nor do I think it’s time to do so.

You think Poch would have gotten top four with this squad and injuries? Not a chance. It’s still a possibility for Ole.

To reiterate this, he couldn't get Top four with a better squad before he got the arse...

Exactly, people are in for (another) rude awakening when we inevitably revert to type and sack Ole and hire the new guy.

Any manager in world football would have needed more than one transfer window to even begin addressing this squad. Especially with our net spend in the summer.

You do realize that this tactic is old and has been tried quite a few times by our recent managers....whenever Phil Jones start we literally play with one center back...you might even argue that we play with 1/2 center back....

Either that or They will play long ball with 3 forwards and Ole will be called a clueless clown.

Bless you little precious little porcelain unicorn you...

    And it's "you're" not "your".

We should be able to beat the bottom team. I expect 3 points. But this team and manager means nothing is definite. Win, loss or draw nothing will change given that we have accepted that one win in 4 games is enough.

3-0 and all the condescending Ole haters can go watch Teletubbies instead. Hopefully some good transfer news incoming as well.

Actually think we will win this one, as it's the kind of game we get a result in and eases the pressure of Ole for another few weeks. Rinse and repeat.

    We'll smash these.
    Lose against Wolves.
And Liverpool are due a loss.
