Because we are 3 goals up, Rashford is our most important player, and has played almost every minute lately. Risking injuries or fatigue for our most important player, to chase a possible hat trick in a game we have already won? That would be very bad management.

I get all of that. But why not at least give the player a bit longer (if he's not injured) to at least try? I'm not saying that he should play the entire game, but maybe an extra 10 minutes? That way you've given the player an attempt to get the hat-trick, plus you're then taking him off early to rest him (at around the 70 minute mark). You get the best of both worlds in that case.

Obviously it's important that Rashford is fit for the next game and he gets well rested for that. But, imagine what it would do for his confidence if he did manage to bag that third goal. As well as getting rid of that cloud with regards to our team not scoring hat-tricks for years.
