To the contrary, how could anybody not have foreseen the mass injuries we currently have? It happens each and every season, and it has done so for the better part of a decade now.

The biggest shock so far is that we've had to wait this long to have Carrick stand in at centre back. Mike Smalling can't ever had a season with less injuries than this one?!

Couldn't give a feck quite frankly, Van Gaal has stripped the team and now he is reaping what he sows. In years to come the record books will show he gave debuts to several youth team players and I hope they go on to have fantastic careers but it's not because he wanted to, it's because he had to.
