Both Grealish and Sancho dropped for this one. Just the £180m on the bench

If we smash them, go level on points and Chelsea open up an 8 point gap on City, Pep's job on the line..?

Ole has a positive record against Pep right, not worried at all.

Gary Neville says mediocrity is acceptible as long as it's not embarrassment. Jesus christ what a mindset.

Goes to show why we're going nowhere. With the resources available a loss should not be accepted before the game has even kicked off ffs.

He's not saying that, he's making the point that there's no shame in getting beat by City. Absolute capitulation, like we saw against the dippers, is unnacceptable though.

That is newest excuse. "Don't lose big and it is ok". Bloody hell, Gary lost his shit completely

Neville on the game for feck sake. I mean obviously he would be but meh.

Is losing against City mediocrity? Many top teams lose agaist them
Yes but they dont go into the game saying 'it's ok if we lose this one', especially in a derby. It just goes to show how much of a soft ride Ole gets. Do you think Pep's team talk before the game goes 'just go out and have fun lads, it doesn't matter if we lose.'

Not only is the football schoolboy level but the mentality is too.

Well here we go I guess
I'm concerned about that defense. Bailly erratic at best, Maguire in awful form and Lindelof isn't ever the best and potentially rushed back. Shane about Rashford and Cavani. They could have had a big part.

We can drop to 10th this weekend if we lose this and other results pan out like that

Have you been invited to the pre match team talk? Good on you!

The combined XI between these two sides would not speak well of United. And the manager, well, ‘nuff said. Mind boggling how it got to this point.

Ofcourse, the 3 PL's, 1 fa cup and 4 league cups does not mean he affords the luxury of a loyal board.

Unlike say Ole with his EL final defeat, plus ermm...DNA!!

Oh, only if it's a "real" bad one he will go under pressure. Welp, that's good to know.

I think we scrape a win. Board delighted, Ole given the season despite the fact we probably lose our next game returning to our usual slump

Exactly that is a relegation teams attitude, the game that is a free hit. We will beat the sides below us, except we don't beat them either.
