Yeah, it really is. I'm pretty amazed it's not obvious to everyone. Rushed Pogba back in the autumn, played him in a game where he wasn't needed for 90 mins. Played Scott for 40mins with a knew ligament injury. Rushed Pogba back in the same game. And then again against Wolves, Maguire 90mins with a hip injury. It's kamikaze management.

Another way to look at it is that he has us fighting for 4th spot and still in all the cups with a patchy squad that's suffering injuries.

It doesnt make him a success and it's nothing to celebrate yet, but on the flip side it's not the disaster that everyone is determined to paint it as either

Jones is due a strong performance so hopefully tonight is the night.....

    just give everything reds

    Not a surprise really.
CB cover a little light but not the worst. Prefer this to Eric ‘the red card’ Bailly.

CM very light but we knew that anyway.

It’s a derby game though and depends on the attitude of the players.

10 goals for Greenwood already this season, and that's after starting the majority of games on the bench.

In case you're wondering, yes, he will break Rooney's United and England goal-scoring records.

Gutted for ole and the team that all these injuries have come at the worst time - we could really do with a trophy and this won’t mean much to city.

we need to make sure we go to the etihad with the lead.

What would someone who made a pretty good career in the game actually know anyway? Isn't he aware that a bunch of armchair analysts disagree with him?
    Amazing.

I wish I could go into work and say "I have a plan" and then everyone is happy to give me 3-4 years despite me taking shits on my bosses desk every week.

Another way to look at playing players when they're injured - worsening the situation? I see these things as quite separate.

Ah they're talking about Sterling not scoring against us, usually when they go on about these we rectify such stats

The PL has gone so it’s cup double he’ll be chasing. If this was anyone but Utd he’d not field such a strong line up
The UCL will be the priority

I hope there is energy and fight in our side. Rashford should hopefully be up for it and fresh ´since he didn't start the last game.
I think I worry a bit about James given that he has looked a bit tired recently.

Also Lingard just having been sick doesn't sound that good. A worse Lingard than normal due to that is not going to do much good. If the energy and workrate is gone there is not much left in him.

Pereira is going to do the job though.

Smart call to go with Pereira over Matic simply due to the fact the latter was out of gas after playing back to back games. Glad to see Williams get the start, not sure if it's because Shaw is injured, and as figured Maguire is.

Martial on the bench as he's not fit to start, or because Ole didn't want to drop Mason?

You're assuming that one action led to another. Unforunately we are likely to suffer more with injuries this season. It was always a risk. Next season the squad will be deeper

Anyway on to the game. Come on United!

pep just mentioned lingard and then said were an incredible team.
    As in 'not credible'.

Pep blocking up midfield to keep the ball and close the space for counter attacks.

    If Jose picked that side..

Jones will cost us at least one goal, I honestly believe he is the worst player in our entire squad. I‘d rather Matic at the back.

Interesting Fletcher on sky really pushing that we have a plan. Ole is the man and the plan is 3-4 years.
''He's the man, not this year, not next year but..... give him 3-4 years''

He's been here a year. Based on what exactly? They all talk in riddles.

They make me sick. Deluded sycophants. Can't stand any of them.

I am just assuming that playing a player who is clearly injured, makes it worse. I think that's as logical as it gets.

    But yes, game time.

Yeah on paper he has stacked up the midfield but are they really going to play that way? Interesting... It seems that he's respecting the speed of the counter attack now, but that could mean we have a bit more the ball because in the space between their last 2 lines. I can't watch the game so I am counting on you guys to tell us! And no, I don't want just whining.
