He's been here a year. If there was any progress and we looked like going places, that's a different story, but he's literally done nothing to deserve unequivocal support like this. He's been terrible so far. Based on his work here, if he was sacked tomorrow, he would struggle to land a job in the premier league at all. Yet we're supposed to give him 3-4 years.
