I'll wait for the starting line-ups before putting my bet in, but barring any major surprises, I reckon we'll get pummelled with plenty of moans ringing out around Old Trafford throughout most of the 90mins.

I've got used to wanting to avoid our City and Liverpool away games at all costs over the last few years, but I don't think I've ever had such less confidence about a home match.

Really want to just skip the next few hours and get it over with. Mind you, I felt similar about the cup game and that worked out great. :)

Anyone in here saying they're not watching isn't the flex you think it is.

If you're not excited, albeit nervous, about playing your biggest rivals at home a few weeks after beating them then you're not the fan you think you are.

If Kambwala starts with Dalot,Maguire, Wan-Bissaka it will be the 26th different back four United has selected this season.

To much negativity here. As long as we get fair game from referees it should be intresting. I don't see Liverpool as big favorites. They have been performing better but have also been lucky with their results. It is a 50/50 game with lots of emotions.

OK let's get into this your not a fan nonsense statement.

    Explain the statement in detail.
I'm a United fan for 37 years and I'm not watching. Why am I not a fan?

Almost got blown into the road walking to the ground. If Liverpool fail to win then Klopp is going to have a field day blaming the wind.

Even if we win this we won’t be getting CL football next season. Our only incentive here is to stop Liverpool winning the title which won’t matter anyway because either City or Arsenal will emerge as champions. Bit of a nothing game for us at least …given our current fortunes.
We won't be getting CL football next season, but if we don't watch out, and start getting some positive results, then we're going to end up even missing out on the EL or Conference League positions!

And before people say, good. No, it wouldn't be. They're our level at the moment, the kind of competitions we could win (and that's far from a guarantee!) - not the PL or CL. They'd also be games where, early on, we can give some promising youngsters some game time. So I really want us to make sure we're in Europe next season, whatever the competition.

So definitely don't see the remaining league games as dead rubber from our point of view. Even if it is a sad state that our 'battle' is for 6th or 7th at this stage.

I'm determined to enjoy the game... I imagine my determination will have wilted inside 10 minutes

Ten Hag was sincere in Rashford being rested then for this weekend.

I would like to say that Rashford is a very good option because we likely will try to hit Liverpool on the break... but i also thought that bringing on Rashford was an excellent decision when the game was so open against Chelsea. It really seemed to suit his qualities. He didnt live up to what i expected that game

No idea what to expect other than more chaos, could go for Utd, could end up unpleasant.

So good to see Sir Jim in the ground. It’s been a long time since we had an owner who is so committed and clearly involved in the club. Can’t be a bad thing at all.
Be nice if he has something to raise a glass to later.

I didn't say you're not a fan at all but not watching us play Liverpool by choice rather than circumstance and announcing it on a United forum is odd behaviour

ETH will park the bus and try and hit them on the break. And we will lose heavily. That's my prediction.

XI | Onana, Wan-Bissaka, Maguire, Kambwala, Dalot, Casemiro, Mainoo, Fernandes, Garnacho, Hojlund, Rashford.

Subs | Bayindir, Amass, Ogunneye, Amrabat, Eriksen, Mount, Amad, Antony, Forson.

    Not looking good  Christ

Feel sorry for Anthony there. Rashford coming in after that half asked cameo?

Rashford back in over Antony. Glad to see hard work and good performances are awarded by Ten Hag.
