    Only a leaked team, but wouldn't surprise me. Despite all the animosity towards McFred, they will give us the most legs, which is crucial for a game such as this one. It's also pretty much the same team ten Hag went with against Liveprool during pre season, so I guess it wouldn't surprise me. That being said, there was a quite a lot of talk that ten Hag would ''mix up'' the midfield, but that obviously wouldn't be the case if we went with McFred and Bruno.

    So Eriksen dropped due to incompetence already?
     
    Eriksen is in no way a must start yet, that is expecting rather too much of him at this stage of his career.

    Martinez could arrive tonight, Liverpool put a lot of crosses in but they aren't going to be just lumping the ball in his general direction playing off the second ball, going to be a different type of test and one he could excel in.

    Maybe he will look to play a higher line with no Maguire.

    He is not exactly spoilt for choice in all positions. He can just put a kids team out, but that is not good for the club or the kids.

    I know we often look like we are playing with 10 players but I don't think it's a great idea to actually do it.
     
    Hopefully this is the last game McT ever starts for us.

    Come on. Malacia has been signed for weeks now. Apart from little butterflies in the stomach, he should be able to start a game against any opponent. And it is not like Shaw can handle Pool players better than any debutant.
     
    Maguire dropped is good and maybe Shaw is capable with a better CB directing him.

    When about 11 players need to be dropped it's kind of hard to pick just one or two.

    Overall Maguire is the weakest.
