    It's what journos heard from the training ground.
    But in the end, he still has 2 hours left to decide, so a "leak" is basically impossible before that.
     
    If he loses this, I fear for Ten Hag.

    (a) keeping Rashford as a starter is sheer incompetence and (b) dropping Shaw, Ronaldo and Maguireand NOT moving them on is a recipe for toxicity within the dressing room.

    What’s your alternative? Mind you we might be forced deep and need pace on the few breaks we get.

    As for the other part, Ronaldo will leave. Hopefully Maguire too but less confident with that one
     
    I dont know somehow, I am confident about this. I think we can limit them to just 3 goals.

    Because of how unhappy people are, how we’ve started the season, how we’ve hardly brought any players in and how big this game is. It got cancelled last season and could happen again with ease todsy

    What about forwards? Firmino and Salah but who else with their injuries?

    We don’t have another left winger, hence the reason we’re trying to sign one.

    You want us to sell Shaw, Ronaldo and Maguire in the space of 10 days because they’ve been dropped from this game for being shit?

    I don’t believe Firmino is fit. Only Salah and Diaz are forward available.

    I don't see where this is coming from. Ten hag literally said in his post game at Brentford that we need to go direct when we don't have options at the back, and he expects that from his GK.

    The pundits ignored that and so have our fans, and made this more of a ten hag style issue!

    We do have another left winger. Martial.

    Martial/Ronaldo/Sancho.

    And I don't want Ronaldo gone. I want Maguire and Rashford gone. And I want them gone because they are toxic influences and shit.
     
    Love love love dropping Ronaldo and Maguire, regardless of the result today.

    We’ve failed to progress our football under multiple managers who quickly reverted to pragmatism that can eek out a few more results short term, but hurt us long term.

    We need to progress in the right direction, even if it will be miserable in the short term.

    Exactly my feelings. I think my optimism comes only from the exploits of our SAF teams - they always came back massively motivated after defeats. But any hope of that is always dashed with this group of players within 15 mins. Then you are just going through the motions and hoping for some fight for the rest of the game, which never comes.

    I really hope today is different.
     
    Not long to go before its all over. Watching Liverpool who feed off errors v United the most error prone in the league is as painful as pulling a root canal tooth..

    All the reports are that United were training with a Varane and Martinez partnership throughout the week. Sky are reporting that Martial will start ahead of Ronaldo.
     
    The protesters are planning something "big at halftime" apparently.

    I don't know what that means for the game tonight, but it might get cancelled midway or postponed. Who knows
