    De Gea's kicking is incredible, didn't notice that before.

    We're lucky to lead although it was a definite penalty. United will have plenty of chances, don't think we'll keep a clean sheet here. Need to take Origi off because he's been useless.
     
    We've been the better team and with a bit more quality in front of goal we could have been winning. I still think we'll do them.
     
    As awful as we've been, we've still had three very good chances. Should be at least level.

    Bad finishing and a good keeping performance the difference again.

    When we've got at them, they look shakey.
     
    After sweeping aisde trash for the last few weeks. The first decent team we face are comfortably palming us off, even without 4 or 5 of their starters.

    That should open some people's eyes to our actual level.
     
    Banana-infused-turd-hair has been letting his team down first half. He's bound to get a quick yellow to fit his hair next half

    A daft handball that Pogba never should have made. What was he doing. That and the fact Pogba is the worst player on the pitch.
     
    Today's been a reminder Pogba's still a kid. Forget his set piece defending, he's totally out of sorts. Dawdling on the ball, trying to muscle through constantly. He'd be more productive if he just moved the ball on quicker.

    Herrera has probably been our most composed player, Mhki should've scored from his through ball.

    Besides Zlatan we look a bag of nerves.
     
    Haven't taken our chances well and have been a bit slow on the ball.

    This Liverpool side is nothing special and we always play better in the 2nd half.
     
    Liverpool are going to win the league this season. Getting strong Leicester vibes from them.
     
    We were the better team. Not a good team, but better. We should have had at least 1 goal this half. Pogba needs to up his game second half.
     
    One bad mistake by Pogba took us down. We will come back strongly in the second half definitely.
     
    This always happens when we're favourites. We make it harder.

    Still believe we won't lose this one. They're there for the taking.
     
    We need to get our attacking players more in the game. Marital has done a bit, but Pogba, who should be our No. 10 today (?), isn't getting forward enough, Ibra isn't getting good enough service and Mhiki should be cutting this defence to pieces, but has only really run at them 1 time.

    We beat Spurs.

    It's only half time. Plenty of time to get back into for feck sake.
     
    Too many silly mistakes and it's costing us. That and the fact that we've not been clinical enough. Pogba and Mkhitaryan both should have done better with their chances.

    One question though. Was the corner leading to their penalty actually a corner? I thought it should have been given as offside, as Rojo clearly put it out of play because of the presence of an offside Liverpool player.
     
    Our build up play is so ponderous. Never going to isolate their fullbacks moving the ball this slowly. Painful how poor we are at dealing with the press after winning the ball back too.
     
    Equal game so far. One daft penalty they scored but we've had the better chances otherwise.

    Rojo, Darmian, Martial, Valencia and Miki all playing well down our flanks. Mourinho needs to calm Pogba down at half time and Herrera needs to keep his pressing up.

    Did we not realise that these lot are the best pressing team in the league? Jones has shit it and passes it back to De Gea about a dozen times already. Doesn't look like we have a plan.
     
    We've been predictably quite bad, but that was to be expected. Happy with the lead
     
    We could have easily scored 2, but we are just not ready this season. Our players are just bottling it in the big games and need too many chances in every game.
     
    No surprise that the defence that everyone has been bigging up lately is a shambles against a team that can play some football.

    Same story, playing well but defence goes to shit as soon as theyre attacked. I'm not having it that no defenders can play better when we're on the front foot (the point made against me last time I said this). They're shit.

    Theyre made to look good when we control the game from midfield, which we aren't doing because Carrick and Pogba are struggling too.
     
    Hope we don't go to a 4231. We're doing ok. We're getting into decent positions and creating chances. Just need to get the ball in the back of the net. If we get the game back to 1-1, we'll win, in my opinion.

    Indeed, three good chances. We're just slow to move it about and you can't do that against a Kopp team, no matter which personnel they have out.

    Pick up the pace a bit and our quality will show, I'm sure of it.

    Need to stop judging this Liverpool team on paper. Klopp has them playing a very accomplished brand of football which is better than ours but we do have some cracking individuals.
     
    Bullshit ovreactions about players or tactics are no use here. We just need to calm the feck down.

    We had them totally rattled for the first quarter and if we'd taken a chance then, this game would be dead and buried by now.

    Instead we've been rash and nervous and then after two stupid lapses from Jones and Pogba let them score the poxiest of goals, we've lost our heads completely.

    Talk of Carrick being crap, or Klopp outfoxing Jose is nonsense. We just need to relax and play our football. Their players aren't in the same class as ours.
