But we're starting with Dan James and MCT? They must be beasts in training, otherwise I don't get it. Ole sticking his neck out with this line up. If we lose this he'll get absolutely hammered for it.
He definitely did not run the game nor did he control it. He provided a match winning moment, the short termism here is crazy.

I can get the theory of what he’s doing. And if James is going to be part of the squad this is probably the type of game it makes sense to use him in. The two defensive midfielders is more my concern.That's the spirit
James has it all to prove for sure. He needs to be doing what he's good at, using his pace to get in behind and working his bollocks off up and down the flank. If he's barely in the game and/or only having it played into feet we can forget about getting anything out of him whatsoever and as you suggest Mason may as well come on after half an hour.Why's Pogba not playing?
