Onana definitely takes some blame for how unpredictable he was - he stood centrally (as expected) until the ball bounced, and then ran like a madman towards the edge of the box.
Dorgu's eyes were locked on the ball because he expected Onana to be central for the pass, as he was moments before. Dorgu shares the blame, as he should have looked before he passed, but the entire situation would have been avoided had Onana not inexplicably charged towards the ball at the last minute.
Players waiting to receive the ball give it away instantly. Doesn't seem to be much try there.
