I'm really surprised that Van Gaal hasn't used this opportunity to have more than one youngster in the 18-man squad for this match. Glad to see Pereira getting action thoughm but he will have to do better as others already mentioned.

United in complete control, Ipswich have barely had a sniff of goal. We're starting to get a bit impatient though, and no one is really able to beat their man and deliver a moment of magic in the box.

Basically. Keep in in mind that we have the ball the whole time. Herrera has been with Schweini at times but also pushing up and right to try to link with Mata and fill the space when Mata comes across, which he's been doing more as the half goes on.

Fellaini has arguably been our best player but I still can't stand to watch us when he plays off the striker like this.

Everything seems so slow and the movement up front is awful.

I think he is just too desperate to impress. Not necessarily a bad thing imo, I'd rather have a youngster like this than someone who tried to hide all the time (Cleverley).
