    Edit i was more speaking to the final. the games where kante played it was a 2 man midfiled where pogba was always going to be box to box. Matuidi played further up than pogba in the finals iirc

    Jose has been a bit of a cock saying that if Martial plays 'magnificent' he will play

    number 1 this is putting too much pressure on a young guy having a second season drop in form

    secondly - Martial had a poor first half and a good second getting a couple of assists against Wigan - none of our players were particularly good in that first half - if he doesn't play him its possibly a kick in the confidence for the kid again

    plenty of games other established stars have been far from magnificent and they aren't under the same pressure to perform

    I have, but I can't stand the idea of watching a match that is not live! There's gotta be a stream somewhere right?

    Yes in the final and I think another couple of the games he made that mistake of playing Pogba deep trying to accommodate Matuidi, Sissoko and Payet

    Mourinho wanted a 'magnificent' performance. Being changed from his starting position and not scoring won't go down as magnificent I don't think. 'Good' performance isn't enough.

    We have a reactive manager, he will never not care about the opposition… and rightly so. Hull are a much better team than before, and we just lost with them, our first lost after so many games.
     
    We shouldn't care who Mourinho plays, United have to put a consistent performance across the 90 minutes and beat Hull. The boys have to be sharp from kickoff and express themselves.

    Hull have been playing better since the new manager. They obviously beat United at home during the second leg, but it was really a nothing match until the bogus peno. Just win baby, just win.

    That was a sore excuse, ok, but he simply doesn't want to justify Martial's eventual absence with the real players who's going to substitute him… Unless we're playing Mata today, and then Mkhi is really playing left-wing. Actually, that was a good lead…

    We have been LVGesque in terms of first half goals recently. Only times we scored in the first half in January was Reading and Wigan in the FA Cup

    Edit: Lingard and Rashford certainly aren't, and they are the two that Martial is primarily in competition with.

    Same here. Usually United are shown live so we don't have to look for streams. I think it's live on Sumo?
