There is nobody else to play there. We bring in a left back and he gets a 3 match suspension almost immediately.

Dalot is absolute garbage, though. Can't stand watching him play.

I like how Zirkzee and Højlund are playing closer together, but unfortunately, neither is at the level yet to be a consistent threat against opposing teams.

I’d bring on Garnacho for Mazraoui. Dalot has seen plenty of the ball down the left but hasn’t been particularly effective. Moving Garnacho to left wing-back and shifting Dalot to the right could add more attacking threat and balance to the setup.

Zirkzee & Holjund are beyond useless. I watched Zirkzee closely & he hasn't done anything besides run like an oaf the entire half.

The game needs Garnacho, his speed and tenacity. Fulham are there for the taking but we haven't been able to land a single punch. We are VG's United on steroids, playing with zero pace in attack.

The thing with Zirkzee is he's in the right places a lot of the time, and often try smart,ambitious things. But he just doesn't have the ability to pull them off with any degree of regularity. Erik Thorstvedt just called him "a poor man's Berbatov" on TV here. Which does not seem unfair.

Højlund contributes pretty much precisely nothing. In pretty much every aspect of the game.

Of course it would be more scrutinised. We're Manchester United, therefore everything gets put under the microscope. We should be expecting everything to be looked at, teams raising their game when playing us, the opposition crowd getting on our backs, etc.

We have to be in charge of our own destiny, which we means we have to be on the front foot more often and we have to be more attacking. We give too much away and we don't do anywhere near enough at the other end.

The cafe convinced themselves that Weigy was better for the team, with his 1 goal a season. And even the manager decided he wasn't worth starting near the end.

Since then we've actually managed to downgrade on him with the current "options".

2nd half give it a go, but if we lose, at least we can just totally forget about this mess of a season and pray for some absolute genius in the transfer market, albeit without the resources of other years.
