Are we witnessing the rebirth of Eriksen? I've made it clear over the years that it's one player I always felt we missed out on when he transfered from Ajax so was so bummed when he came here and dealt with injuries, poor performance etc. Would love to see him still show what he can do for us for another year or two.
From everything I gathered leading up to the signing, he's been brought in to be a destroyer DM. He’s played like 2 games man.Rashford needs to cap off his performance with a goal. He's been very positive tonight. Zirkzee needs to do more. Other than his silky touches he's done very little. Same with Amad. The attack needs to have more impact on the game.
We have controlled well so far. Apart from the Dalot brain fart early in the game, they barely threatened.Not sure why Ugarte is getting bashed, apart from one error he has been doing a good job of winning the ball and stopping Twente from playing through the middle. Looks more mobile than CasemiroTempo's being good, still think we could do more in the final third. Zirkzee has had some good link up play, but need to be better in the box

He’s a DM that won’t dally about and lose the ball like Casemiro. His pass out wide to Rashford was nice and accurate.
