Think we'll go through some nervy periods but in the end it'll be a comfortable result with them running out of steam towards the end. 3 - 0
Also missing their first choice CB and starting GK. We’ll hammer them, I feel confident about this. We’ve been pretty good in the EL at home.
with a low cost airline company, I hopeWe're going to win tonight and we're going all the way.
I booked my flights to Stockholm for the final this morning.

What are the chances we get knocked out of Europe a day after City?
True but most were saying 1-1 was a good result in first leg, thinking we would easilly beat them at home anyway, which I'm not convinced of.Most games we don't win easily, so your concern is understandable. We like to make things difficult.
And then what after the shit?
All out attack, yeah, but if that fails Mourinho would be reduced to introduce Carrick and Lingard as potential game changers.I'm going all out attack.
Predicted Starting XI
--------------de Gea-----------------
Valencia--Jones--Smalling--Rojo
---------Herrera----Pogba------------
-Mata-------Mkhitaryan-----Rashford-
-------------Ibrahimovic-------------
Predicted Substitutes
Lingard, Young, Fellaini

Take out Lingard for Rashford and the rest is spot on i reckon.I went with:
----------De Gea
Valencia--Bailly--Jones--Blind
-------Herrera--Pogba
--Mata--Mkhitaryan--Lingard
-----------Zlatan
Tough one to predict. I don't think Jose trusts Bailly, so Jones/Rojo combo is possible. He might also opt for Rojo at LB is he really wants to go all guns blazing. Fellaini was at the press conference, which would hint at him starting, but I just can't see the value of him in the home fixture. It made sense last week due to the state of their pitch, but we're better off playing our best available ball players from the start in this one.
I went for Smalling, even if he's the worst with his passing, but I think Mourinho trusts him with the defensive headers for Rostov counterattacks.I went with:

‘The United team arrived at the Lowry Hotel much earlier than usual yesterday, so there were no photos of the squad outside.’ (M.E.N.) Amateurs!

Did ours last week. Thought feckit if we don't get through I'll go there for a couple of days' holiday anyway! Hotels bloody expensive - got a private room in good hostel in the old town for about £150 for 4 of us. Not bad
This is going to come back and haunt you. We'll lose 1-0 and go out.
Calling it now.
I just think Rashford is better off rested for Sunday's game, if Martial is still injured (especially with Zlatan out, we need a proper CF). He can come on around the 60min mark to stretch them if we need a goal. Also a lot of Pogba's best performances this season have come in this cup with Lingard playing just ahead of him.Take out Lingard for Rashford and the rest is spot on i reckon.
Yeah, very good chance Smalling starts. Worrying thing is that the CBs are the hardest part of the team to predict, too much chopping and changing in that department.I went for Smalling, even if he's the worst with his passing, but I think Mourinho trusts him with the defensive headers for Rostov counterattacks.
And although the rest of the team in 4-2-3-1 makes total sense, I had the hunch Carrick could start instead of Lingard.
good man. let's grab a drink there if you've got a spare £20 for a beerRyanair out (from Stansted so not ideal)... Monarch home to Manchester a couple of days later.
It doesn't get any cheaper there either! Got the flights for £60 and booked a hostel that I can cancel. Not sure whether I'll go if we don't make it... but I'll cross that bridge when/if I come to it. Everything will become way more expensive if we get to final so thought I'd gamble and get in early.
I'm going all out attack.

Blind in midfield or back 5 or Valencia as RW.Confirmed United team
United XI: Romero, Valencia, Bailly, Smalling, Rojo, Blind, Pogba, Herrera, Mata, Mkhitaryan, Ibrahimovic
That is what I was thinking. Is that Blind in the Carrick role?
