Let’s ignore the fact Martial has had a decent Utd career up to the last year. VDB has proven even less than Martial.McTominay seems undroppable and his performances don't have to be good for him to keep his place. He was rushed back from surgery and somehow he doesn't need the rest everybody else does, even though he's been pretty poor for a while now.Its a solid line up but martial needs to turn up.

As I said hard work is the bare minimum, which he hasn't shown for God knows how long. Doesn't matter what he did previously. As I said it's not about performance or talent. He doesn't work hard enough.

At the end of the day we will never get to the top of world football with McFred being our Midfield in my opinion. It is too limited.
If Ole can't make another Midfield work then it's on him for choosing to stick with the McFred Midfield for all these years.
We have the squad to compete with the best so that should be the expectation.
If he has decided that's our Midfield then there can be no excuses when our passing and distribution and ball playing ability is miles below that of our competitors.
