Ah right, they also used the 3-4-3 away to City so that was what made me think they were using that, and maybe they are for away games.Not too worried about missing Pogba for this game. We should have enough quality to beat Everton without him.
Though, any news on his injury yet?Not confident on winning this game for some reasonEverton really should be lucky to get nil in this game. We just have to score.I fancy Rooney to play well but even so, easy enough 3 points. They've looked poor against anyone half decent and will have played away on Thursday too. 3-0 for me.Rooney will score a penalty against us.
Mourinho would call it a 5 at the back!Rooney will get a good reception, but then trot around the pitch for 65mins barely getting a touch, barely being a foot note to the actual game.have a feeling Rooney will bust a gut to show us.
But the team look awful.So, last time Fellaini played against Everton, he helped them out with a penalty.

I think he's going to play out of his skin against us to prove a point as most ex players do.Really disappointed that we're without Pogba. Everton have looked poor but I don't think they'll be pushovers. Not expecting many chances for us, they'll park the bus and won't have the outlet of Lukaku for us to worry about.

He is no Tevez. That guy was out to kill us. Rooney will have a subdued performance.After his CL performance I think Fellani is a 100% starter.Only thing I'm certain of is a loud as feck 'You scouse bastard' if/when Rooney does something a bit naughty.Everton will play away from home tonight in E.L, will only have 2 days to prepare for this, we had 2 more extra days that what C.L is going to give you over playing on Thursday night. We should be more ready and less fatigued than them, a win is important to put us back on the right track in the P.L.
They are going to italy, its not to far and they can always rest first teamers. On the flip side, Everton might click against atalanta and gain confidence and raise their game against us.No Pogba. No Party.

Sigurdsson looks every bit the mid table midfielder that i thought he was.Any chance of Young starting at either LB or RB ?

Don't think so, Valencia and Blind are safe. Young is most definitely starting the Burton game.Any chance of Young starting at either LB or RB ?

Young is the squad player to watch right now. Hopefully he puts in some decent run of games and take over from Blind/Darmian.
I think Young is trustable as attacking fullback/wingback, but I'm still expecting Shaw to have a chance. Without Pogba, we have to vary our attacking threat, so I'm curious to know if Mourinho will field both Young and Shaw against Burton.I think we will be ok, but it will be interesting how the team performs without Pogba. Rashford has quickly become very important for us (and England!) because he plays with a confidence and purpose many of his attacking team-mates (Martial, Mata, Mikitahariyan, Lindgaard) all seem to lack. Rashford is far from the finished article.. but he seems like we 'wants' to be. The other four, in my opinion, do not see playing at OT the same way. Yes, I include Mikitahyrian in there. There is a sloppy, overly-cumbersome aspect to our game at times, crept in over the last few seasons. Pogba can raise and lower the tempo of a game, and players react and respond accordingly. Rashford has this same quality, without the maturity, experience etc. But he is key for us.
I just want more, much more, out of Martial, Mata, Mikitahariyan, Lindgaard.. if two of them have excellent seasons, it could define our success. But I'm not sure they can raise their game 'mentally' to that level.
He may try, but that doesn't mean he will succeed. Lots of huffing and puffing no doubt, with little to show for it.
Having said that, now he'll probably score.I watched these against Spurs and they were abysmal. We should destroy them, but you never know.- Status
