I do actually but please don't compare Rashford with Ronaldo as it's the insult to the latter.Do you remember Ronaldo before he got it?
Young players need time.
There's talent in there, but I'm not sure how amazing it really isLooking at Rashford. He's not the finished article but there is amazing talent in there.

He's not a great #9. Much better on the wing. That's where he's played the majority of his career
You know, this is another similarity: people who questioned Welbeck's talent were dismissed the same way, talking about bags of potential.Rashford, even at this young age, is technically superior in every way imaginable. Before his bad run of form, he would seemingly add a new dimension to has game on a weekly basis.
A young lad short on confidence will certainly miss chances, no surprise there. Consistency is an issue for every young player to ever play the game.
Welbeck was and still is average. Rashford has bags of potential.
Diabolical comparison.
Herrera not.

He started the game off very poorly, some very frustrating passes and touches but he grew into the game and ended the half very well. I don't think he's been brilliant but at the same time, he's not been our worst player either. Played like a 7/10
For a guy in top form? yes. But for a player coming back into the team after 2 months in the doghouse, clearly short on confidence, I think he did well. He's been 50/50 all game. That's way too low a percentage.
4 yearsNot having an in-form striker has been United's biggest affliction in the past two months.
Oh shut up. He was frequently shite and regularly exasperating as a young lad. Hindsight is a great thing. Rashford is still a kid. How quickly we forget.I do actually but please don't compare Rashford with Ronaldo as it's the insult to the latter.
I agree with your assessment that Rashford is a much bigger talent, but it’s hardly surprising that some people are worried about perceived regression from a lad who seemingly couldn’t miss a chance in his breakthrough season.Rashford, even at this young age, is technically superior in every way imaginable. I'm not saying that he is Ronaldo but he was infuriating at times when he was a kid. You have to let talent propagate.I do actually but please don't compare Rashford with Ronaldo as it's the insult to the latter.
He's woeful at holding up the ball also. His finishing, first touch, pace, directness - it is all there, the only thing he sorely misses as a striker is movement, and that is alpha and omega for a striker.
Luckily movement is a skill that can be thought though, technique and touch is something you've just got to have. Surely he'll never have movement like someone that moves naturally like Cavani, but he can still improve.
Which apparently proves he'll never be good enough to lead our line. Please don't put Lukaku straight for the second half. It would be so disheartening for Rashford, who gets one chance to play CF in like 3 months.
Rashford's having an off day with his finishing to say the least, but other than that I think he's been very good. I'd move him to the left and bring Lukaku on for Mkhitaryan at HT. Rom would bury these headed chances we're getting.
Mourinho disagrees with you.For a guy in top form? yes. But for a player coming back into the team after 2 months in the doghouse, clearly short on confidence, I think he did well.
People here need to temper their expectations with the reality of the situation. Mkhi's has been poor since his return to the team, but seems to be getting relatively better with each game.
I think he just needs a run of games in the team before we can start judging him against the Mkhi we saw at the start of the season.
The direct opposite of the truth!

I don't agree. He can be what ever he wants to be.No, if this is Football Manager, Rashford is most likely a 140 CA / 150 PA type player. A guy who peaks early. His potential is heavily capped by his inability to do anything but over hit the ball past people and then try to run past them. He lacks the close control that defines players with very high potential ability. The longer he goes without addressing his first touch and close control, the less likely he ever will. He has pace.
