We're too easy to play against. All their centre backs have to do is sit off us and wait for us to try and play a long pass. Then, they step in and intercept it. If it's a looped pass or one in the air, it's even easier for them to step in and intercept, as we're generally poor in the air.

Everybody needs to step forward. Quicker passing, more energetic movement, and we need to be looking forward.
