What’s he supposed to do? He’s looking long term. If we wanted a manager to get the best out of Rashford and Dalot and have us finishing 6th, we’d have ended up in the same cycle.

People said when he took over it may have to get worse before it gets better, but then they can’t take the actual losing all the time. I understand it but we have to wait for a few transfer windows to go by.

Doesn't change your point that we need to defend them better but if you're bad at defending set pieces then it's even more important not to give utterly dumb, avoidable free kicks away like that.
