It's McT and it's not even close.

At least AWB is one of the best in the world when defending players one on one when they're dribbling at him.

I don't know from where people bring such stats. I doubt non United fans think that.

top class celebration from pastor too you have to say

I think I get what the problem is. McT simply isn't a defensive midfielder. His positioning is constantly shite and tackles like a complete oaf. His best actions always seem to come higher up the pitch, even when trying to win balls while pressing higher up he seems much more assured and comfortable, while everything he does deeper on the pitch seems awkward and badly timed.

this isn't the first time that VDB was coming on and a United player gets an head injury

How about both of them being limited in their ability and not conducive to title winning football?
    Fred is decent, mctominay isn't.

I do think we can do better than both of them, but if I could only take one it would be Fred every single time.

He's a former forward who they a turning into a midfielder. He is more a box to box. No idea how to play defensively.

Sure..but a week in and a player who never had a chance... unless he sees through players stats like in fm that's pretty random I'd say
Maybe Lingard is out of his plans since his contract is up soon, not sure if Martial is injured it anything.

Elanga's fast, young and hungry. It's exactly the type of player that Ralf loves giving chances to.

ouch nasty whack that for maguire

Alarmist? The energy levels in the second half (that amazing goal aside) have noticeably dropped off. It's a fitness issue, pure and simple. I...don't even see how that is up for debate. It's clear to see that we did very little fitness work under Ole, and the stats will back that up further. (distance covered on average across games). We already knew it wasn't great, but now that we've got a coach who's making us work, it's just further highlighting how unfit we are.
I agree with the sentiment, just not the time it will take to fix.

I think Ronaldo was offside for our goal.

Does anyone else think so ?

Fred has been a different player in this game, what was Ole doing with him all this time. Dalot has to be ahead of AWB on this performance, Telles been brilliant, Lindeloff and Maguire mostly have been solid, Ronaldo wasteful, Rashford always offside, Sancho was good and Bruno has been active. I'd be happy with a 1 0, if this is what we see after a few hours of training, i cannot wait for the xmas period.

Thought Maguire had got a weird haircut until I noticed the bandage.
