    This game should be the priority today. Rest 2-3 players that you feel need it and bring off another 3 with subs after the game is won.

    It’s a bizarre point of view to “not put all our eggs in one basket” with the Europa.....to do exactly the same in the league!!

    It’s crucial to keep both avenues open for as long as possible until we can see which one is more likely to bring fruit.

    It would be a disaster to go out tonight and then go on to lose away to Everton on Sunday. There might be no way back morale wise.

    Let’s win this competition!! We are Manchester United!

    I think it is such a shame that Club did not start with its strongest team at home, because then they would have won 2-0 or 3-0

    I love how people are able to know with 100% certainty what would have happened if some hypothetical situation they came up with would have been used.

    That describes about 90% of what goes on around here... and 99% of the game day and post-match threads.

    Club Brugge played 2-2 v Real Madrid in Spain. They might lack a couple of the guys from that game, but this isn't some pushover team we can just walk over. Everyone needs to be on their game.

    Yeah, I avoid those threads like the plague, toxic. We could expand on it further though... game announcers are notorious for the "he really should have scored there" or "had more time and should have" or "if he would have gone the other way he would have"...

    Even ex-players that announce you would think know better than anyone the difference in seeing things in the moment on the pitch v a replay from the box. It's just a pet-peeve in general that I can't let go of. :)

    I’d be hoping for at least 25/1 on that, considering you might as well take £10 out of an ATM and slot it neatly into the nearest drain.
     
    That's a poor squad....hope Mata and Bruno can service Ighalo enough. Bench is all reliant on Greenwood to make an impact. This shall be very interesting.
     
    Defence and Midfield are good, really only depends on how good Ighalo is..

    Ole mentioned a couple knocks during training, maybe Fred and Martial is it. I have no basis for assuming so except for purely speculating though
     
    Ole did say that a couple players had knocks during training and was hoping they would recover for today. Looks like martial couldnt recover in time
