Bruno & Maguire both deserve to not start this game & Cavani need not put on a UTD shirt ever again, he has been AWOL for so much of this season anyway.

The Arsenal performance was a slight improvement. We might get a result here (i.e. a draw). It won't mean anything in terms of CL qualification but it will be a confidence booster

So, you seriously think that we can win the EL Trophy?
Given our form and the way we have played this season, I would love to know why anybody would think we could win any trophy, let alone the EL trophy, which is notoriously difficult to win.
Next season, I don't even see us winning the 4th place trophy.
I said it's our best chance - precisely because I'd bee shocked if we finished in the top four. By your logic, there's no point entering the FA Cup because there's very litlte chance of winning it the way we are playing

I wish I was this optimistic thinking that Utd can get any result against Chelsea.

If we can not concede within 15 minutes we might have a chance.

Not much hope of that though.

Having predicted the last two game results correctly, I'm going with a 2-2 draw this time.

Chelsea have been sloppy recently & we can't defend so it could be an open game.

Wouldn't surprise me if it ended up 2-3 or 3-2 but sticking with a draw.

Unfortunately Fred will not make the game as he is still not fully recovered from his hip flexor problem.

Two other Reds, Harry Maguire (knee problem) and Jadon Sancho (tonsillitis) have also been added to the absentee list, which already included Edinson Cavani, Paul Pogba and Luke Shaw.

Half of your starting XI gone, and I am still sweating this result. OT is like our kryptonite.

This will be our worst side you faced in probably a decade, you can relax

The problem is Tuchel is trying to get everyone as healthy as possible for the upcoming FA Cup, so never know what the lineup will be, and some players might be thinking the league games are not worth going all out because we have top 4. It is a toxic mix. Also Tuchel has not won at OT since 2013.

I know I'll get abuse, but I'd like to see Henderson get a game before the end of the season - just to see if we can keep a clean sheet...

    So...

    ------------------DDG--------------------
    Dalot--Victor--Varane--Telles
    ------------Matic--McT---------------
    Elanga-----Bruno----Rashford
    --------------Ronaldo-----------------

    Most likely?

Kind of picks itself and I am ok with that given what we have with the caveat that we should definitely give minutes to Mejbri and Garnacho in the second half.

    -----------------DDG-------------------

    ------------------Lindelof----Varane -----Bailly---------

    Dalot--------------McTominay -- Matic----------------Telles

    ---------------------------Fernandes-------------------------------

    --------------Ronaldo ----------- Elanga------------------------

Got a feeling he will try something different and match up to Chelsea's formation. If we play Rashford as well then we have no attacking option from the bench

Don't do this to yourself, man.
    There is no confidence booster.
This will be a confidence reducer where we once again, get beat!

Our confidence levels are getting lower and lower with every game.

We literally gifted Arsenal 4 goals on a plate after they struggled to score even a single goal in their three previous matches and we were shite for like 85 minutes against West Ham last weekend. Our players have completely let off the gas assuming we’re already secure in the top 4.

Doesn‘t matter how many players United are missing, we can lose to anyone at the moment the way we’ve been playing.

A must win game if we still have any hope of at least securing the Europa League spot. (Better than conference league)

The amount of injury prone players at this club is ridiculous. Fitness and conditioning department has to be brought into question also.

Hannibal instead of Elanga imo. Rest of the team pics itself.

What happened in 2013? Did Tuchel win at OT (with who)? Genuinely don’t remember. Or you mean Chelsea won at OT in 2013, I remember that, we had already won the league by then.
Tomorrow will probably be boring, both teams have nothing to play for and you’ll most likely still end up winning.

Apparently Hannibal, Shoretire, Garnacho & Fernandez will all be part of the squad tomorrow.

If I’m honest I’d start them all bar Shoretire.

Can’t do any worse than the current duds.

    De Gea
    Dalot - Lindelof - Varane - Fernandez
    McTominay
    Rashford - Hannibal - Bruno - Garnacho
    Ronaldo

I think we will lose 4 - 2, many of these players have little respect for Ralph Rangnick, they certainly don't give him 100%.

Hearing Will Fish will be in the squad. Been impressed by what (admittedly not much) I've seen. There always seems to be a reluctance to give young defenders a chance when compared with, say, centre forwards. Injuries forced Rashford into the side and he was a revelation back then. I'd like to see Fish given a chance, albeit facing Chelsea is a big of ask of the youngster

ha ha... I'd swap you back four for ours any day of the week!
