    How can we leave James so much space for a whole half without closing it down. Telles, Matic and Rashford are shocking.

    What are they doing out there, does it even count as defending? Like the opposite of pressing at this point, maybe Ralf's pioneering the next evolution in football, the 'anti press, training cone' method.
     
    As expected we look second best by some distance, Chelsea have been wasteful with the positions and chances they've had. They seem to run off the back of our players with ease, we genuinely don't look match fit/sharp.

    Terrible as expected with DDG the only one keeping us in it. The lack of simple, basic workrate is embarrassing. The one time we decided to be brave and actually press them man for man we almost created a chance. Otherwise, playing like a bunch of cowards out there standing off at every opportunity. What do you have to lose by being aggressive? We're not defending a lead here. The season is done, just show the fans something.

    Honestly, I'm done with criticising our defenders. Our midfield players and attackers are leaving them out to dry. Completely abysmal from Rashford and Bruno at times.
     
    That's rock bottom, previous score lines might have been worse but this Chelsea side aren't anything special and we haven't laid a glove on them
     
    ETH should do what liverpool did to coutinho, cash in on rashford and move on. There are better wingers or playmakers out there.
     
    As good as de Gea is, it's really annoying the way commentators talk about him as though he's some random bloke who happens to be playing in goal for us, and that United having him in goal for them is equivalent to unlocking a cheat in a video game.

    Yes, that's right, he's there to make saves. That's generally what 'keepers are there to do.

    Telles comes in with this reputation for being an attacking player with great stats but instead he’s actually a liability in defence and he’s pretty poor going forward. Shaw is the better player but even that’s not saying much. We’re bloody awful.
     
    well that was a thing, people doing stuff and looking busy, more so in a blue shirt, a lot less so in a red shirt..........................................football.................................bloody hell
     
    Be glad when the season is over and glad in a few years time when this squad is put through the grinder, burnt and fired into the sun to make sure.

    Our team is so bad you could argue literally every position is a priority to upgrade tbh
     
    I'm gonna go on record and say that the warning signs were there even during the couple of seasons where Rashford netted 20+. A great number of people dismissed the clear level of immaturity and inconsistency in his general play because scoring goals made confirmation bias very easy to depend on.

    What you're seeing is Rashford minus goal or assist contribution. He's always been this inconsistent. He's always been criticised with poor decision making. This is not a regression of a good player into a poor one. This is a regression of a goal contributor into a goalless contributor.
