Robben used to have one move and everyone knew that he'll cut inside. Still made it work. Maybe Antony will too.
Maguire can serve as an excellent third choice CB for us. The dropoff from Maguire to -- take your pick -- Lindelof, Bailly, Jones and Tuanzebe is considerable.
He’s really struggling to find space, his technique looks great and he looks composed when he’s on the ball. Not sure if he’s being asked to play further forward than he usually does or if it’s just a bit of nerves. Could probably give him a go in mct’s space at the base of midfield if we can get another one.Pellistri goes to the WC and does decently for Uruguay. Comes back and Elanga's getting all those sub/cup match minutes.

I’d bring him in for Elanga and put Garnacho through the middle.
Also get Iqbal on for either Mainoo or McTominay.I had to check livescore.com to believe that Elanga was playing.

Elanga looks completely void of any belief, feel a bit sorry for him.Martinez is so good. His decision making, positioning and passing is just superb.
The blistering pace of Robben means that even if he was to cut on to his left, it would not matter because he was past the defender before they knew it.

Those passes have been backwards and two yards. He’s playing in the centre of the pitch against Charlton!!! Watch him, he 110% hides when the back line are looking to progress through the lines. He has always done it and he is particularly obvious at it tonight. Shambles of a player.

Robben’s all round game was very good though. Plus he was very pacey so would make the defender think twice what’s he going to do. Antony’s is a worry just now if he can’t impose himself against a league one team. Hopefully gets better.

Maguire is a decent 4th option. Maguire and excellent in the same sentence doesn't make sense.
Probably one of them players that needs a run of games to settle in.
He played CF quite a bit for the youth teams. It's really underwhelming that he's so easy to dispossess considering he's an attacking player. It's as though he possesses no guile at all - he literally just runs in a straight line
