About time we had a decent first half.
How is that on Maguire?Should be 3 nil but for another Maguire error. Could this fraud be stripped of the captaincy already.
Similar happened to Van Dijk on Tuesday. Sometimes it's just a good finish. No but Bailly created a chance for them, simple.
Maguire was shepherding him wide and he’s taken a snap shot early that’s gone past him, happens all the time in that position, it’s a good finish.
Cavani not done a thing today.
By farOur best player so far.
Ermm... Arsenal do that for fun. In fact, you know it's weird when they don'tHas there ever been a time a team dropped their captain? Does anyone know of any instances?
Come on now, he could've done better. He didn't even get tight or try to really put Lennon off, something Bailly would've done of it was the other way round. Bailly saved Maguire's ass on at least one different occasion in that half.Maguire getting stick for the Lennon goal when Bailly gave the ball away for it is exactly the content I expected when I came into the Match Day thread.
McTominay's been fantastic today.
He's fine against bottom tier teams, let's not big up mctominay when it's very likely he will be found out against the better sides.
We really have to sign a right back. Imagine having someone who could trap a football and pass.
ronaldo is like a trusty old golden retriever. he is the apple of your eye. he used to go everywhere with you but the years have caught up with him. where he used to bound alongside you on a walk, he now spends most of his time laying on the rug in front of the fire, farting himself awake and soiling the floor whenever the doorbell startles him. just as you think his time is done and you start to load the shotgun, he brings his favourite toy up to you and places it in your lap and waits for a head stroke. you wipe a tear from your eye as you remove the cartridges for another day.
I’m not defending him, whoever was in Harry’s position there I’d still blame Bailly… ya know because he was the one who stepped out and made a feckin mess of it.The Maguire defenders clutching at straws yet again....shameless.
He’s a striker and his job is scoring goals or drag defenders with him which is working, we just need a proper middle field, we can’t hold the ball at all but today is working because we are playing on counter attackCavani not done a thing today.
Bring him on for the second halfCavani not done a thing today.

Feck.Sancho’s goal has gone down as an own goal.
He’s not giving away the ball carelessly like Bruno, so I think that’s actually a positive.Cavani not done a thing today.
That was a good half. I like our shape in the attack without Bruno's and Rashford's fecking up every single ball. We look more coherent without them and their inconsistent passing imo. No hard feeling but they need to be benched till they regain form.
Maguire needs to benched as well. He has been shit the entire season. I'll say it again but can't wait till the club realizes its mistake, accepts it then gets rid.
Otherwise, great that for once it seems like an easy game and we're mostly in control. Hopefully we add few more goals.
Scott, more of this performance please. Make yourself always a presence upfront.
He's been OK tbh. Would still very much have him there than Rashford sulking and running blindly into their FBs.Didn’t think I’d say this but might be worth bringing Cavani off and resting him for Monday. Doesn’t look 100% himself out there.
