The first 17 minutes, I was like, “who are these players in red?!” We were snapping into challenges, completely overwhelmed them, creating chances.

Reguilon has had a good debut. Højlund has been very bright up top, unlucky to have his first goal chalked off, but the right decision.

ETH will need to shuffle, bring on Pellistri and Garnacho, blind them with pace.

Please the same formation, pull McTominay and put in Pellestri. Every games we play this season has been painful to watch. It doesn't matter who we play, it is just painful. It’s not purely a tribal thing. Cameras have a bunch of effects that do make these kinds of judgements hard. Cricket regularly has issues with catches looking like they have carried but that’s because the camera squashed the image making ball and hand look closer together.

It’s the same old story with Utd post Fergie. We have a good season and the optimism returns but instead of kicking on the following season we turn to shit. One step forward, two steps back it’s a vicious cycle. Early doors but I don’t like the way this season is going already, decimated with injuries and off the field issues and the football has been poor so far.

My main criticism with Rashford is his greed, we'd have plenty more goals had he made the right decisions sometimes.

Unless you can look at it from directly above, as goal line technology does, I don't know how you can 100% say for certain that it's out from a burry still image. Especially as one angle looked in, and the other looked out.

Side of the ball looks like it is potentially hanging over the line, but I don't think the image provides a clear and obvious conclusion, which is the point of VAR, supposedly.

The state of our midfield is just so bad. We can't just play Casemiro and Eriksen in center 2 cuz Eriksen doesn't have the legs. So we sacrifice another attacker and get McT in but he is not good enough either. To add to all that Casemiro is out of form / losing his legs too.

Amrabat and Mainoo can't come back soon enough.

This is Erik's second season. If he still didn't realised what some players can do then it is on him.
It is awful decision to play him.
