Really starting to annoy me how he'd rather play a senior player out of position than a youth player in his actual position.

Yeah i dont get it either, whyd you play your best players out of their best positions?

Pellestri should demand to leave in January if not good enough to start.

    Cowardly lineup

Dalot vs Mitoma should be fun. Hope he survives that, the last few times he had to face tricky wingers were horrendous.

Once he is fit, he was always going to play. No way we spent 72m on him to keep him on bench in favor of Martial who is barely a PL player these days.

It's most probably true. The only one you could argue is who would play on the right wing but other than that the rest all are guaranteed starters in current situation considering the injuries and unavailability we have.

Pretty sure he will play in the CL/Cup matches. In the league, I think this is going to be ETH's trusted lineup for the forseeable future until we get our injured players back.
Probably wasn’t true and isn’t true.

Good lineup, let's do these cnuts.

Won't stop moaners to moan about any lineup though.

AWB had Mitoma in his pocket in previous games. Makes no sense starting Dalot over him. Also Bruno on the right tended not to work in the past. A bit disappointed but excited to see Hojlund at least.

Bruno on the right is insane. He's never played well there and we're moving one of our best players out of position.

It's very hard to support the manager so far this season I'll say that.

He'll be subbing Dalot for AWB after half an hour if Mitoma is giving Dalot the run around.

ETH punishing AWB for being associated with Sancho. It's an ok lineup, lets see if McTominay is deployed further forward and can give us some of that Scotland form magic.

Ffs that line up looks shocking. Why not start Pallestri or Garnacho rather that shove Bruno out wide

Brighton are starting with the likes of Welbeck and Lalana and i bet they play us off the park.

Pellestri and Garnacho are important players, and I expect to see them get more game time. We have a big game during the week remember.

This is an important phase for SMT. I hope he steps up.... we'll see.

Yeah i dont get it either, whyd you play your best players out of their best positions?
Not just that, it's just the message it sends to the youth players. ALL of Pellistris RW competition is out (Greenwood, Antony, Sancho and Amad) and yet he still doesn't get a sniff.

He's not going to start in tough games when he's never been that involved. He'll have more chance in easier games.
I see where you are coming from but he is 21 already, starts for his national team regularly and is currently the only fit natural right winger we have in the squad. He sure as hell is never going to start against Bayern anyways in mid week. Might as well just sell him. We can atleast recoup some of the money while he still starts for his national team.

Looking forward to seeing Pellistri get his 12 minutes of weekly football.

So predictable that he'd shaft bruno to right wing yet again, but for a player he wanted to sell. Can't make it up .

fecking hell Dalot vs Mitoma, brain dead team selection.
It may or may not work out but I understand the rationale behind it. We are at home and Dalot should give us a more attacking outlet than AWB down the left.

Bruno should offer decent protection and has some attributes at RW but he isn't one to run past full backs which Dalot offers a bit more than AWB at.

He's not going to start in tough games when he's never been that involved. He'll have more chance in easier games.
But how can he get used to tough games if he doesn't play in them? We'll never see how good he is and how he develops if Pellistri is not given chances.

We are gonna have more steel in the middle anyway and if Bruno is on the right he will at least help out defensively.
