Words cannot describe how much I hate this team. I hate our owners, I hate almost every player, I hate the staff. It’s ridiculous how unlikeable this team is.
why are you hear then ?
Hate is a very strong emotion.
If you cant support the team in the bad and this is the bad , then you don't deserve to in the good and the good will come back.

    We deserved to lose.
I feel sorry for the the fans who paid good money to watch us perform like that. It’s a slap on the face of every United supporter

Situations like this don’t happen overnight, this is a long standing problem to do with recruitment & scouting. Nothing to do with ETH.

I have mentioned before that either Eddie Howe or Potter could have been good enough to replace Ole. Especially because of their experience of the PL.
Anyway, water under the bridge now.

The players who survived via “clean slate” were awful.

Shaw, never wants to play the ball progressively down his flank. No intensity what so ever.

Fair play to Danny. He ran circles around us.
Right now he would walk into united side what we found out today Martinez and Ericssen did ok but must be thinking what have we joined, Marcus Still Marcus from last 2 years, Bruno must be dropped for Ericssen and we need at least 2 more midfielders asap, I think Murtourgh might find he’s on real shaky ground right now listen there was two playing for Brighton today who were ions beyond what we have. I think we’ll be lucky to get 1 point green the first 4 games and then what !

Anyone blaming Ten Hag for anything that has happened today needs to give their head a wobble.

All on the players this. Eriksen and maybe Martinez after the goals the only ones that looked up to it at wll

Calm down guys. At least with this game ETH knows the changes he needs to make. Its his first game managing in the EPL and it is good we came against Brighton who are a match for any team.

We did well with the second half but it looks like Sancho and Rashford need to improve on their attacking positioning. I can see the defenders continuing their start but for the rest of the midfield and attack, we are going to see changes.

Haha Martinez being voted as better than Maguire. New player bias, he had a very poor game.

Should have brought Nacho Man on earlier ETH. Could have made a difference. Shaw was gassed at 75 minutes. Should have also subbed him off then.

Bookmarked. Will come back to this when McFred start the next game.

Of course Ten Hag has some blame! Tactics looked wrong, subs were odd, team selection dubious. Just because he is new, doesn't mean he is perfect. Ole would have been slaughtered for that.

And T Malacia looking at Lewis Dunk thinking wTF is this he’s like 5’5 omg he’s not taking shaw place in a million years let’s have a 5’8 cB and 5’5 left back in the EpL, ETH going to learn very quickly or he’ll be looking over his shoulder. Let’s not pretend he’s not a risk, he took too long to make subs and he has no experience of the PL?

He can be blamed for that starting line up. I know he was a bit ham-strung with Ronaldo not fully fit and the Martial injury but it didn't work at all. Half-time was already too late to change things around.

They mislabelled it, it was changed after few seconds.

You were right, they checked several things during that sequence

    Twitter apology bingo:

    1. Not good enough.
    2. Let the fans down.
    3. Fans were great.
    4. Reality check.
    5. Going to work harder.
    6. Concentrate on the next game.
    7. Give the fans something to cheer.
    8. Not sharp enough.
    9. Brighton are a tough opponent.
    10. Take a look at ourselves in the mirror.

If you get 10 out of 10, congratulations, your prize is pure misery.

Sadly, the tactic to bench ronnie, which was the right thing to do backfired.

*here not hear, try to at least spell the main point of your post right

I don’t hate the entity that is Manchester United. I hate this very specific iteration of the team, a team of selfish owners, a striker who doesn’t want to be here, a front office that can’t get signings done, and a line-up that doesn’t feature more than one or two likeable players.

Side note: you don’t get to dictate what anyone deserves. We’ve been sitting through garbage for a decade now, and people are allowed to be frustrated without you telling people what they eeserve

Silly decision from him to put or most creative player up top to be fair.

We actually do quite well in the season when we lose or draw our opener, if you believe in traditions. In hindsight, a loss will be better for ETH as he has a better grasp of the situation.

I reckon we will lose the next two also.

No need to overreact. We’ll get better. A lot factors for that loss. It’ll get worse before it gets better.

Potter was really smart, didn’t allow us to press from the front. Never had any momentum all game.

Ten Hag doesn’t kick the ball. The team had plenty of chances, not the manager’s fault Rashford and Bruno can’t hit wide-open sitters in front of goal

Unless he learns quickly in the EPL he’ll get found out and someone like Potter looks like he could manage the expectations of old Trafford. Yes it’s only one game and ETH needs at least two seasons however he must learn quickly the PL is unforgiving

Caicedo brilliant again, can’t believe we failed to sign him when it was all but done.
