What a thick and dense bunch of people we have in charge of this football club. Let's not hire a proven and world class manager who was actively advocating for the job. Instead let's stick with the one who has clearly lost all control and is not suitable for the role all while firing other longtime members of staff. A lot of this blame I put on idiots like Brailsford and possibly Ashworth who were reportedly pro keeping ten-Hag as manager.

Football should have a blood sub rule like rugby, totally unfair that a team loses a player for a set piece for an injury like that, especially as it was caused by an opposing player.

That said, the medical staff need to do whatever they can to stop that bleeding. Wrap his head up like a mummy if you have to.

Dalot terrible for the corner, totally lost his man. In fact I won't even say he lost his man, cos he knew where he was the whole time. He just didn't bother tracking him which is unforgivable.

I think people often forget with strikers that it’s often like that. It’s usually goals that make people think they had a good game regardless of all-around play. Just look at the stick Haaland gets sometimes.

Looked like a clear foul on Evans though. That should have had another look from VAR. We've had a number of goals disallowed because of shoving in the box, but I can't remember us ever benefiting from the same.

Probably because the assistant ref looked at the wound after the medical staff cleaned it and trusted their work. If the medical staff does a poor job and the wound bleed a couple of minutes later then its on them and the player will be asked to leave again. The medical staff tried to do a quick work instead of a proper one and we maybe paid for it.

Focusing only on the hold up play, for that 15 mins he was giving Collins a bit of a chasing, dominating him physically, sharp with the touch, good use of the ball, all the stuff that has been holding him back. For the rest he was struggling in those elements.

Actually quite promising from him if he can find that more consistently.
