Dalot isn't good enough. Mata MOTM and Matic has been very good.

Decided to show up once there’s nothing to play for. Enjoyable half mind.
Jesus, they cant win. If they don't play well, they have mentally checked out and should be sold. If they do play well, they are playing because there is nothing to play for.

We're playing well. Matic and Mata class. The CBS and dalot good as well. Bruno and mctom keeping it simple and providing that energy. Ronaldo feeling confident and elanga full of energy. 70% possession at half time and should be two up. Good half

We're playing better but, Dalot has been shocking. He doesn't defend well, he doesn't link up well on offense, and his crossing has been absolutely dire.

He's not good enough to play at this level.

Its annoying that every 50/50 decision goes against us.
Arsenal are allowed 2 handballs every game while we can’t even get some simple decisions.

Love it when ads use good music

Here come the hotstepper. Murderer! (I can recommend the original by Ini Kamooze for those that don't know)

He was a consistent starter Under LVG and played a lot for Mourinho in his first season, Ole was the one who froze him out.
I feel like this is an angle for me to start talking about Donny
    Something about football IQ....

Their keeper seems good with the ball at his feet. What's his keeping like?

Was injured for a chunk of the season but has generally been decent when he's played, is a good sweeper as well. He's one of the keepers picked ahead of DDG for Spain recently.

    Ronaldo was brilliant.

Constant movement, couple of big defensive headers, won his flick ons, really nice interplay throughout and even a bit of showboating.

At this point in the season, when they've all but clocked out.

And from the games I've watched they're not one of the most physically intimidating in the league.
They can running like mad for whole game. You have to get two goal cushion.Hope your team will be up for it.

Thats actually something i want to see with VAR, lines moving back and forth with the replay so you can follow when the pass really leaves the foot.

Strictly speaking they need high frame rates as well. 30fps misses too much to be accurate.

I hope we will sign some proper footballers in the mould of Matic and Mata. Technical players with the ability to play a proper pass.

It's time they just let a computer do the VAR measurements and automate the whole process. These fecking spanners couldn't even put a shelf up straight

I've never trusted the angles they use for VAR, surely that can put up a few mor cameras that can get a more proper view of the lines?

Don't trust the referees in the room either tbh

I thought the rule was when it was tight to play the advantage to the attacker or has that changed now?
That was when the linos were in charge. (He didn't flag) Now every goal is checked.

Yeah, it looks like Ronaldo is behind the ball. Need to see another replay.

I thought the rule was when it was tight to play the advantage to the attacker or has that changed now?

That's what they've said all my life but I don't think I've ever seen it in practice.

That said he was way offside when the ball was passed to Bruno and never got back on, although the review doesn't seem to care about that.

well united has separate rules unlike Arsenal who has the advantage of 2 handballs allowed every game.

honestly the best players so far are the older players. Hope they bring the young players to shame. and more of them have actually won something.

Id be fuming if de gea didn't save that Ronaldo chance.

That's my problem when people talk about upgrading de gea. Itl be an awfully hard pill to swallow for a few years thinking "de gea would have saved that".

I'd like to see this looked at. So much time is wasted in football with offsides. I hate it and it still causes so many issues, and is the cause of so many cracking goals being disallowed. If there's a way to remove it to improve the game, it should be explored.

And not only that. The offside rule is just a poor excuse that protects defenders not doing their job of marking the main threats properly. If defenders can't do their job as their should man-to-man, then they deserve nothing to save them from being embarrassed.

Field hockey connoisseurs can also testify on how much good the scrapping of the offside rule did for the game.

Ronaldo, Mata, and Matic have been excellent. Dalot needs to be subbed off.

No, no, no, no, no, no, nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo !

    Lets move on.
If it’s a choice of mata staying and being a squad player over some of the players that are going to be staying and don’t deserve to be then I’ll take it… or the alternative is to sign players with a similar style to mata… goes to show what can happen when you have technically good players on the pitch.

For every one of those theres a cross he came for and a corner he cleared though, so you have to accept the occasional poor save in return

Mata is easily the most technical player in the club, and he has been since he joined. We have misused him so much.
