By a mile too I thought, our fans are odd, they just pick a player to hate and bang the drum to the end of days.People whining about Antony after that half are not very bright. That is all.Really poor half overall. They're more threatening than us.
Garnacho has been a bit off. Bruno crap. Antony my god even when does something right he follow it with a back pass, dude is hopeless. Mct is crap. Really surprised after the game against chelsea. You could tell the early goal made us more shaky.Martial doesn't really offer anything. If hes saving rasmus for the CL, put Rashford up top. Hes more likely to score, and he can't hide there, if hes going to be lazy, let the world see it.
That's exactly how I would sum it upI wasn't able to watch the first half. A lot of contrasting comments here, some saying Bournemouth deserve nothing, others saying we're lucky not to be 2 down.

That doesnt stop posters with an agenda to make dumb posts. Just his workrate is already causing Bournemouth problems. He does fine in link up too. Antony is having a much better game than Garnacho but Garnacho is the golden boy and Antony is the disliked player.

The 1st 2 OK...but Shaw?McTominay is a dreadful playerFor a striker Martial just doesn't know how to anticipate situations. He always seems to just move slowly waiting for the ball to be played right to his feet.
I like our quick passing. Makes you wonder why we haven't played like this most of the season.I end up being excited for a United game again and we end up being lucky not to be 3-0 down going into half time.
I hate our wide play. We have no full backs or wingers capable of beating their man consistently but, whoever has it out wide, is left alone whilst we get into the box. It doesn't work. A truly horrific half of football if there was any, by us. It just defies belief that a manager like ETH can be so fecking blind to the obvious why we have zero control in midfield and let teams shred us to bits whilst looking toothless up front.Decent performace overall but McTominay and Martial have been awful, 0/10 performance from both of them.I'm sick to death of watching this midfield structure. The gap between Amrabat, McTominay and Bruno is ridiculous.
We give the ball away so needlessly as we're forced to push through the lines with long balls and daft passes.
The build up is pretty decent, but the final ball is just missing. We look a bit toothless upfront. Hopefully Hojlund will be on the start of the second half.
The dribbling isn’t even the issue, he messed up with his first touch in promising positions a lot. Boy has potential but his basics are still erratic.Martial just very poor. Players not as motivated as they were against Chelsea. Id replace Martial at half time.Not a bad team performance but so many individual mistakes. Might settle down second half but each player needs to get a fookin’ grip of himself. Some of them look like bums.
Decent on the ball? Are you even watching the game? The amount of times we have misplaced simple passes. Their goal came from a shite pass from us.
He's probably also doing more midfield work than McTominay too
I think he's grafted and played better than I've seen him in a while. Can't complain compared to some of the other performances on there.
MT and Martial have been a disgrace.Frustrating half of football. So many promising attacks broken with poor passing and poor decision making.
Awful goal given away when in possession and nearly repeated that on 39 mins only for the post.
Up hill challenge to win this game Bournemouth a much better coached team than the Chelsea Poch team on Wednesday.

Garnacho largely invisible too, no chemistry there at all it looks like.Antony has played well, the only attacker who has been able to break the lines. The problem is, Martial doesn't run in behind and Dalot doesn't overlap, so he's really holding that right flank on his own.
Solanke is bullying himWe're actually playing well again, can't see much to be disappointed about in terms of performance. Be surprised if we don't win.I think Antony has played ok compared to what others think. He’s got no cnut overlapping him or giving any support.

Can we please stop playing McTominay in midfield. He’s been Bournemouth’s most dangerous player.
