Possibly: DG - Valencia, Jones, Lindelof, Young - Matic, Herrera - Mata, Ibra, Rashford - Lukaku.
Subs: Martial, McTominay, Blind

Ibrahimovic AND Lukaku? I bloody well hope not.Possibly: DG - Valencia, Jones, Lindelof, Young - Matic, Herrera - Mata, Ibra, Rashford - Lukaku.

Bournemouths "performance" in this fixture last year was one of the most infuriating I have seen at old Trafford. I probably dislike them more than I should, but hope we absolutely hammer them
Hope we go with this:
Martial Rashford
Mata
Shaw Matic Herrera Valencia
Blind Smalling Lindelof
deGea

Mkhitaryan didnt show up in Lowry so that front four is all we have left.
Just possibilities though
Can't see it happening, 3 at the back at home against a team that doesn't play so.Hope we go with this:
Martial Rashford
Mata
Shaw Matic Herrera Valencia
Blind Smalling Lindelof
deGea
Here.Anyone has a list of the players that arrived in the Lowry?
Sorry if someone has already posted it, I just can't find it :P
I still have doubts Mourinho is risking starting Shaw after a defeat, Blind can get ahead. No 3 at the back, though.I think Shaw will start tonight, expect three at the back with martial and lukaku up top, mata in behind
Actually, Real Madrid and Swansea, both on cup games, haven't started 3 at the back when we did. This season, every time we have used 3 at the back, our opponents have started the match using the same system. Bournemouth have used 3 at the back in their games against Man City, Arsenal and Spurs but not against Chelsea, or in any other match. So far, they have lost all their matches against the big 6 but 3 of the four losses were by a single goal; the heavy defeat came against Arsenal.
I can’t get myself excited for this
Why not?
As our league season has turned into yet another tedious scrap for the top four. If we got a result against City, this game would have had a lot of hype around it.
Tedious scrap ? Really ? We are actually showing title winning form. Its just that City is damn good this year.As our league season has turned into yet another tedious scrap for the top four. If we got a result against City, this game would have had a lot of hype around it.
Many in here have lost their heads after the City match. All doom and gloom I tell ya.Tedious scrap ? Really ? We are actually showing title winning form. Its just that City is damn good this year.
If we can keep this form, we are sure shot for top 2 and not exactly a scrappy top 4.

To me, it felt that Miki himself, felt that he was "done". He had nothing more to give in the last match.
He was terrified of tackling.
He just doesn't look like a player who is willing to work hard for the team - something which Jose demands of all his players.
I see him out the door in the Summer (unless he can make a miraculous turn around).
I think some of the excitement is gone as soon as the title challenge is over, and it looks to be close to over now. So what we're left with, no matter how good our own form is, is a fight for top 4, or top 3, or 2nd place. Tedious, maybe not, but it is less exciting than still being in a title race. If we'd beat City we'd be 5 points behind and the excitement would be bigger.Tedious scrap ? Really ? We are actually showing title winning form. Its just that City is damn good this year.

It's not impossible, sure. But it would be stupid.Think Jose will drop Lingard and Martial for not producing in defeat last Sunday. He will stick with Lukaku till the end of this season and probably wont play 5 defenders while his style of play against City is being widely criticized. Mkhitaryan didnt show up in Lowry so that front four is all we have left.

And the last few seasons did considerable psychological damage. With every bad result we start thinking that this is the start of another "September 2016" or "November 2015", where we slide uncontrollably down the table. Now that the potential of moving upwards has been thoroughly destroyed, only this nagging fear remains.I think some of the excitement is gone as soon as the title challenge is over, and it looks to be close to over now. How are we in a scrap for top four? We've been comfortably better than the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, Spurs etc. Our form has been great this season just that City have ran away with it. Any other season and I reckon we would be sitting top right now.As our league season has turned into yet another tedious scrap for the top four. Wonder how Matic's fitness is? He was meant to have been 'playing but injured' last game.Possibly: DG - Valencia, Jones, Lindelof, Young - Matic, Herrera - Mata, Ibra, Rashford - Lukaku.
Subs: Martial, McTominay, Blind
Jones is still with the squad, like in the last game. What's the news on injuries? Anyone fit to play who has been out - Jones?
come on man - cheer up. We will cross the bridge when we reach there. And the last few seasons did considerable psychological damage.
