I've got a bad feeling about this. Been burned too many times in europe for me to feel confident in this game

All im interested in is a full blown protest with as much toxicity as possible to get these vermin owners out!

Did Pedri not travel with the squad? And what about Dembele?

People going Defensive, no idea why when we attacked them so much at their ground.

I think Weghorst played really well in the first leg.

    Back 5

    ————— Casemiro—Sabitzer—————
    Bruno——————Sancho—————Rashford
    ————————Weghorst——————————

I like this. Sancho and Rashford got in behind a few times against Leicester on Sunday. With there being a high chance Xavi's Barcelona will play with a high line, there could be opportunities to get in behind, as we saw in the first leg.

Alternatively, ten Hag could play the same as he did at Camp Nou. Either way, we have options, and with the potential return of Antony will give us a good option from the bench, along with Garnacho, who has the ability to stretch teams.

    Please please please no injuries.

Christ almighty, we're not going to show our asses again & get this game postponed, are we?
That would honestly be really helpful ahead of the cup final. I really don't like how close the Barca game and the cup final are to each other.

I don't think uefa is going to mess around with their schedule, they'll just disqualify us so better not test their resolve when we're so close to the promised land.

Of course that as well but definitely need to voice against them as strong as ever in case they have any thoughts of staying!
No. Focus of the crowd must be on fully getting behind Utd. We need a roaring atmosphere to support the team, with no negativity around the place - particularly on matters we have no control over. There is a time for protests - but not tomorrow night. Let’s get OT rocking on a big night as only OT can do with a sell out crowd.

I'd go with this, looking to dominate midfield...

    De Gea

    Dalot Varane Martinez Shaw

    Sabitzer Casemiro Fred

    Bruno Weghorst Rashford

With the options of Antony/Sancho/Garnacho off the bench.

    De Gea
    Dalot Varane Martinez Shaw
    Bruno Casemiro Sabitzer Sancho
    Fred Rashford

Confident about tomorrow but, it's still a cup games against a top side. Hopefully crowd drives the team on - just hope it's decided in 90 minutes one way or another.

We play our best possible XI, win this, then play our best possible XI available on Sunday.

    ------------------De Gea--------------------
    Dalot---Varane---Martinez---Shaw
    -----Sabitzer-----------Casemiro-------
    Bruno-------Sancho--------Rashford
    ---------------- Weghorst-----------------

    Garnacho, McTominay, Antony, AWB, Malacia.

I think Sabitzer has proven himself to be a really solid option. He's secure with the ball, works hard and plays some good passes going forward.

Fred is more of a wildcard. I like him, but you don't know what you get - he could play a blinder, or he could gift Barca a goal. It wouldn't be a disaster if he starts, but I would go with Sabitzer for sure.
agree with you. Fred has been having nightmarish first halves lately, with redemption in the second, but it's not worth the gamble. Maybe when we're up by 2 goals with a few minutes left to play, Fred can come on and wreak havoc. Sabitzer is a much better option.

I don't think ETH likes Fred but has been forced to play him. He was playing McTominay ahead of him at start of season.

I think he's on a list of players that we're open to offers for such as Maguire, AWB, De Gea,

Busquet has been a massive dickhead all his career. I hope this will be one where he gets absolutely destroyed.

When do you ever see us going into a game favourites against Barcelona. We’re on a good run of form and our home record is excellent this season. Confident of a win tonight. I hope no one picks up an injury as we have the final on Sunday. Let’s do this reds!!

Personally, I would take a moral victory for the game tonight. I am concerned more about the Cup final. Three days between 2 critical matches, I would prioritise the cup final.

Save their legs for Sunday --- especially when we know we need to counter-press a lot against Barca.

Ye I get what you mean. However we know that ETH is gonna go full strength for both. Maybe if we’re a couple up tonight he can take some players off early but that’s unlikely. Gonna be a tight game.

Barcelona have no pace. We have bags of it. Thats all you have to say really.

Yeah he's definitely coming in the summer. Looked in awe at it all. Or, he couldnt believe the roof was leaking. :nervous:

He was told that they were tears of manc joy

This fecker didn't come here when we tried to get him and wanted to stay at Barca, destroy and knock his team out and show him what he's missing out on.
    Bit sensitive are we
