Is Martinez likely to be fit enough to play? His passing range at the back could be invaluable.
When you have more supporters who have an affinity towards you, or you have a big brand name, then these anomalies are more likely to exist. I love getting better odds betting in games with big teams who are struggling.

Odds are taken from the asian market which is reflected on the exchanges in Europe, largely Betfair. Bookies still make a 'book' to some extent but it's all changed post online - they take the market price and move from there.
You can still move a market very minimally with weight of support like you talk of above - but it's minimal and largely not relevant.
