When he manages to stumble upon it he takes three touches, ambles about a bit, and then passes it to whoever is closest to him. He's awful.

Fellaini might not be the worst option... With Mkhi out, Mourinho had the choice of either Fellaini or Rashford/Lingard. Given that Saint-Etienne are likely to sit extremely deep, pace in behind probably isn't going to be especially useful and we'll probably end up putting a lot of crosses into their box. Fellaini will also obviously be helpful in defending set pieces, since only one of our back four tonight is reliably good in the air.

You can see what Mourinho is thinking here, he clearly feels this is the fixture that he can go strong. I suspect he will rotate even more against Blackburn on Sunday with the likes of Schweinsteiger, Carrick, Rashford and Lingard coming in.

Wonder where Wayne Rooney is?

Could this be the first ever squad he's been dropped from?
