It's a shame we need awful canned music to rev the crowd up for a United v Arsenal game.
Would the weather be better too? What about bird song, would it be slightly louder?
This myth that we started the season with a small squad seriously needs to stop. The only area we were short at compared to the rest of the league was the centre forward position. In the other positions, numbers wise, we started the season with as many and maybe more than the likes of Chelsea last year for example. The perception that we started with less players is purely because we got rid of many. Bottom line is you can pick any team in the world, take away more than a dozen of their first team players, they WILL end up with a bench like ours today. We're all saying that we can't expect to win today, and this is, of course, what will keep Louis in a job if we lose by a huge margin; "well, we couldn't have won with that team", but who's idea was it to have a small squad? Who's responsible for not bringing in enough quality backups? One of those is playing up front for Arsenal but I'm sure Van Gaal won't shoulder any of the responsibility for that either. It'll be Murphy's law and we'll keep plodding on.
Was thinking the sameNot sure if the lad next to Carrick is a mascot or one of our players.
lvg says we didn't train for the match
Why 'train' when all we gonna do is 'ship' goals
Just my opinion. It's been widely reported that LVG has our squad doing high intensity double training sessions.
You think that all of these injuries are just freak occurrences rather than a legitimate issue with our training regimes?
I may be wrong, Mourinho might be even more brutal on the players during training than LVG is but I doubt it.
Tyler is going to enjoy today. Arsenal adoring shitbag.
Like having a tooth removed. Painful but it has to be done. It's a pain but let's get it over with.
The "too early to book him" bollocks has become the norm. What happened to the yellow card for kicking the ball away - rule?
I would be more worried about what the backline are doing. This sought of games you expect Herrera and Mata to lead by example but I don't just trust them to.
