As mad as it sounds…..I don’t think we lose this game.

All the chat about how many for Arsenal may just come back to bite them….. surely Monday nights players will be wounded…..just got a feelin we gonna spoil their party!

    Ten Hag's Party Poopers.

i dont imagine this game is going to help our goal difference.

Could we end up negative for the season? i doubt that's ever happened.

    edit:

ok found this: United have not finished a season on negative goal difference since the 1989/90 campaign in Division One
But that was Sir Alex before he almost got sacked! Surely this means we must give ETH 3 more years to fix this mess.

    :lol::lol::lol:

    Come off it.
It's 20 times hurting this season.
    Worse it gets not better.

If I'm Arteta I'm showing Arsenal a few videos this week of Arsenal getting smashed by United. Motivate them to kill the wounded kitten that is United.

    Comfortable win for Arsenal

If we got CB of Casimero and Evans it's all over.. forfeit the game save a whole lot of pain..
Mainoo needs a top class player with him , not expecting him to save the rest..
Hojlund long hard first season struggling..
Arsenal just need to get off the bus for 3pts..

If United was even in half decent form I wouldn't expect a loss at home to Arsenal either, after all have only lost once to them in Old Trafford in the last 16 Premier League matches.

Will say a lot more about Arsenal than anything else if they don't win on Sunday and do so by a bit to spare. Let's be honest they couldn't be getting United at better time and lot of those players feel nothing and best to ship them out as soon as possible.

Licha in the back line makes me feel a little better.

Living here in the US, I'm surrounded often by Arse nal fans. My best friend is one...and he's obnoxious about it. As much as I don't want City to win another...I would love to know that we were the ones that made Arse nal trophyless yet again. I still lose my seasonal bet to him of who finishes higher (loser has to buy the winner a jersey of their choosing)...but keeping them from their first title in 20 years would be a little satisfying.

If we can keep them scoreless for the first 30 minutes, their arses might get a little twitchy.
Yep, the longer Utd keep them at bay the more they’ll panic.

Arsenal have embarassed several teams away from home this season so if we manage to lose by 2 goals, I'll be happy with that. Some may see it as too negative and pesimistic view but think with our tactics and amount of shots we concede there's always a possibility for embarassment.

Hopefully we can frustrate them with our lack of ability in all footballing areas and they will feel pity for us and we can hit them with a sucker punch and sneak a victory.

Yet another season were, by the end, I'm dreading every match and just resigned to shit performances and results and looking forward to the end of it and at least a break from the recurring nightmare for a while. :(

Can't see anything but another tame defeat and being dominated in possession and chances despite being at home.

It's good to hear Martinez is fit enough for first team consideration. But I really hope we don't throw him in for 90 mminutes against a dominant Arsenal side as he's likely to break down yet again. I'd like to see him get half an hour or so as a sub, and then maybe start for an hour or so v Newcastle. We need to ease him back to match fitness rather than rush him back with 90 minutes out of desperation.

If we turn up - as unlikely as that is - then we could frustrate them and get a draw or even a win. Don't think our current makeshift side is capable of that level of performance though, especially for 100 minutes. If they come at us from the start then we'll probably be at least 2-0 down at HT and it'll be game over.

Knowing United we’ll play them off the park and hand City the title.
Then we’ll revert to type and get battered by Newcastle and Brighton before losing 10-0 in the final.

Have we ever had a 5-0 humiliation at home?

I don't think it is likely though. Its Arsenal. They will probably do something stupid and draw.

Our chances of winning this when you account for what we can put out as a starting 11 are 0.0

I just want to see the players give a feck.
