Just swap Dalot and AWB positions or , if we don't have a LB in reserves, bring in a RB and put Dalot on the left.
We definitely don't have a good enough RB in the reserves. The best two FB's we have are LB''s - but Fernandez obviously loaned out, and Amass has only just turned 17 and physically, and defensively, not really ready.

I know the starters instead aren't either, but they're old / experienced enough to cope with the reactions to a bad performance in a globally scrutinised game - whereas that's a lot for Amass to take on so early in his career. I'm looking forward to seeing him over time, as he's very good (at Academy level) on the ball, but it's too early to throw him in just yet - especially as a starter. Though I'd like to see him get some minutes as a sub at some point.

I have a feeling we shock some people here. I'm getting the same vibes from this fixture under LVG's last season. Only difference is there's not random youngsters from the academy playing.

Mind you, I actually don't care if we lose given they're the only team that can put pressure on City. Just hope it's not by a lot and I don't think it will be, think this will be closer than people think. And would not be surprised if we get something from the game.

When's the last time the academy developed a first team worthy defender that isn't now 36 and still starting for us?
I'm pretty sure Willy is better there than Casemiro... but get your point. so a programme with gary nev the other day where he recalled playing CB and admitted he had no idea what was going on!

Embarrassing how low we’ve sunk looking at that starting XI and bench today. Injury crippled with some players no doubt with one eye on the cup final and euros. I don’t see anything but a comfortable away win sadly.

The difference is LVG is a far superior manager, Arsenal were not title contenders, and we weren't in free fall after just getting dicked by Crystal Palace a few days ago.

My Nan would be better there an Casemiro and she was cremated a decade and a half ago. But I do wonder whether the academy's record of developing midfielders and attackers being so far ahead of defenders is by design or if it's something INEOS would look to rectify.

Yeah, it's almost as if there's a reason we've been doing badly.

We've looked pretty poor for most of the season, even with players available.
It's an excuse as such but doesn't mean the manager should stay.

Diabolical lineup today. Casemiro, Evans, and Amrabat being the spine of our fortifications is scary. Lego Pep must be licking his chops.

They need to run up the score and put their goal differential out of reach just in case Spurs take a shock point off City on Tuesday.

If I'm Arsenal today it's damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead. Try to put 7 or 8 past us.

To be fair you need that kind of luck to (attempt to) win the league, unless you're Man City with their two teams worth of players strategy.
the key players being injured for every team they play helps too

Yep said that about Feb 2016 earlier.

We went up there with no hope with Carrick, Varela on defebce and all sorts of other madness going on. No first team striker, just an unknown Rashford.
Whilst Arsenal were going for the title under Wenger.

    Hope for the best though.

Just to shove it up Merson's ass. One of the biggest numpties on TV.

If we win, that doesn't mean they got it wrong

    5/1 means 16.7% implied probability

No they haven't got it wrong.. its right utd are now 13/2 after teams out.. we were 8/1 to beat the dippers at home last season..this team though couldn't beat a egg though .. should be 10/1 .Will be after 30mins ..

If ETH is smart. Rest the best players till the City FA Cup match. Rashford, Bruno and Martinez. Only way to sneak back into the EL. Feck the league. Doesn't matter anymore.

Just don't watch .. cut the grass do the bins , at least the women are doing it .. in there cup final

It’s funny that Klopp was talking about this game after we drew to them like he’d still be in the title race  .
