I could not disagree more. Sometimes you have to use common sense; decisions like that cannot come down to a second's difference of when a ref blows his whistle.
He stepped on his toe, that doesn't make someone fall and roll around. De Gea is very clearly fine. He could've braved the pain. How do you know it was a fake injury?
You can feel pain without turning into a mewling quim and rolling round on the floor.Yup. Legs should be broken into two for someone to feel pain. Else it doesn't count.
If the only thing Ralf does is to stop playing Fred. He has done well.
Yeah, 8 points with 24(?) matches to go is ImpossibleWe lose this and top 4 is over. 8 points is far too much
Noticed that. Why is one of them not on the other side of the field?Sancho & Rashford playing five yards from each other.
You do know that boots in football have cleats? I would love to see you stay on your feet when somebody grazes back of your foot with cleats. On purpose or not Fred is the only footballer, at this level, who managed to step that stupidly on his own goalkeeper, so he is a complete idiot and whether he did it on purpose makes no differenceStupid comment. It's not like he fecking kicked him on purpose. Maybe DDG should have stayed on his feet....
They can ask for it not given.how so?? no one was staring at ddg. it happened too quickly.
Surely that's the same as when a player stays down on the pitch - if it's not a head injury the opposition doesn't need to stop?
Wouldn’t the sporting thing to do, allow us to score considering the circumstance.
This is just classic, like when DeGea got hit last year and no call and goal stood.
He's been taught to go down when he feels pain like every other footballer. Can guarantee most coaches tell players to do that. Not as embarssing as De Gea's act. What could have he possible have felt to be in such an excruciating pain just to continue the game few minutes later?
What does McTominay do apart from running and shouting a lot and pointing at things and passing the ball back? Terrible footballer.
Exactly what I was thinking. If that goal isn't given, it would set such a bad precedent, people have no idea the can of worms that would open.Nah it's got to stand. Otherwise it will be the new defense. Quick! step on his leg we are under pressure!
I didn't say he should over rule it. I'm saying it should never have been a discussion point in the first place. Keepers injured and you stop play. It's common practice, because otherwise, shit situations like this occur. Why? It's a clear goal, would be a horrendous decision to overrule it
That was a goal any day. Fred took out DeGea. Well he didn't but DeGea went down as if he was shot.
nah there’s a thing called fair play. if the keeper is injured you stop.
What really infuriates me is how uncoordinated it is. Fred won't track his man in midfield, but when he does, no one occupies the space where a FB would move into. It's aimless running, it's not pressing. The fact that Carrick can't instill this kind of clever movement considering he did it himself when playing is a bit worrying to say the least. Our pressing is really poor. They are just playing through us.
Nobody made de gea fall and start rolling around. Does my head in when a goalkeeper does that. He stepped on his foot, doesn't make someone fall down and roll around. Grow a pair.Fake? Doesn’t matter who injuried him. He was stampen on the foot.
Yeah, and he’s fine. Clearly not serious enough to act as if he’d be shot in the leg.Someone stood on his achilles.

Another stupid comment. What other accident? Why do accidents always happen with him?
Not only going down, but curling up into a tiny ball. I mean, at least limp for 2 seconds. You'd think he'd been punched in the balls. Fred's not that heavy!Should've stayed on his feet untill the ball went out of play. Never seen a keeper (as a keeper) go down whilst the ball is still in play.
They have gone from Solskjaer to others. How anyone can’t see that he got stamped on is beyond me. Shocking decisionYou're blaming DDG for getting injured?
