    He is no WC and we need a world class CM/DM. Even Fred is twice the player Partey is. He is physical but his footbalIing intelligence is low. He is good for a midtable team like Arsenal...
     
    Problem has been the transition from defence to the midfield, we havent been able to play out.
     
    Bring Cavani on for Mctominay and move to a 433 with Rashford and Greenwood making a 5 when Arsenal have it and put it long for Cavani as an out ball- same tactics in the second and it will be the same result

    No Arsenal are faster and more aggressive
     
    Wrong formation, Matic should start, VDB should start... We didn't have a good half but all complains are about Ole, formation, McT.... quite ridiculous. Arsenal came with the plan, they played against Man city, Liverpool and showed they are hard team to play against. Not that good on the ball but McT asked to help out that left side with Aub., Sana and Tierney.
    Better half please.

    re you saying the Chelsea we faced, or this Arsenal, are better than PSG and last season's champs league semi finalists Leipzig?

    Or are you saying we're pressured in these sort of games?

    Pretty sure we can grow in the game as it goes on and we'll get a similar chance to the Greenwood one soon.

    So it is an agenda, skating over the fact that Bruno has been more wasteful and Greenwood has been anonymous because that doesn't suit.
     
    I think our problem in the first half was more mental than tactical. Players standing around while we're in possession, too many touches and not enough speed of thought, rampant lack of focus. This is when a manager needs to earn his pay. Snap them out of it asap.

    Our attackers aren't getting the ball. McTominay isn't protecting anything.
     
    No changes, so 'Charge of the Light Brigade' in the 80th minute is the game plan then.

    Agree. But it's good enough. You don't need to be that good at pressing to win when the other team isn't either sharper than you or tactically adapted. Hence Liverpool.
     
    The positive is that we have a team which can score goals, if we create chances.
    So if Arsenal do tire and the game opens up, I'd say that we are more likely to be the ones who actually put the ball in the back of the net.
     
    The main concern for me, is whether they can close up the key weakness in the squad right now. Crossing from the right into the far post. AWB tends to be very poor in his positioning and very poor in the air. Lots of potential problems there.
     
    Will Sky replay the shirt pulling on Maguire in the box over and over again like the Chelsea game. Nah, thought not.
     
    We're so predictable. On every single corner or FK we're searching Harry. Everybody knows it but we still do it.
