A draw would be fine by me, no trophy in at stake and i'd expect both Manchester clubs to then go on and finish about Liverpool! by winning their game in hand on the scousers! :)

I expect a strong lineup for this and players rested on Sunday for Swansea for our Europa game.

I would be shocked if TFM played any central role in this game. Delighted but shocked.

Not sure if "delighted" would be the word best describing my feelings in the case that JM throws a youngster, who's hardly played this season, into a central role in an away game derby. There's better games than this to use youngsters. Like Swansea at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Agreed. Have spent much of the season hoping to see TFM but tomorrow doesnt feel like the right time. He should get a chance against Swansea and if he does well then hopefully more games after that.

And hopefully a lot more next season.

I am guessing Pogba is out and Jose will have to play a defensive line up with speed up top to give United a chance. I'd play Martial over Lingard, but I doubt Jose will

    - "David Silva is a real doubt. Gabriel is ready but his physical condition is not optimal. Sergio is much better - he will be ready."

    - "It’s over, it’s past. We played to win, we were better, we didn’t win, congratulations to Arsenal."

    - "(Aguero and Jesus) can play together, it depends on the way we want to play. If you play without wingers, more narrow, they can play."

    - "(On Sterling) In the last game I decide to put one less attacking player. It’s not a lack of confidence or anything like that."

    - "(Mourinho and I) are neighbours. When we see each other we say ‘hi’."

    - "They are good. Good rival, good quality and a long run in the Premier League without defeat."

    - "Ibra is an excellent player but they have Lingard and Rashford, they are good players as well."

    - "I have been managing 9 years and this is my first without a trophy. It has to happen and it happened."

    - "It will happen again if I manage a long time. But there are a lot of teams in Europe that won’t win anything this season."

Maybe I should have said that I would be delighted by us trying something and someone knew rather than the same old players who tend to either fail to have the desired impact or contribute to a bad result.

The options we have left are not any more reassuring to me at least against the way City play. If that makes sense

How can they be neighbours? Does Pep live in the same hotel? :p

How does the Anthony Joshua clash compare with the derby clash?? Why do journos ask such stupid questions??

    Presser now on MUTV.

Time to change my team again! Pogba confirmed as not playing tomorrow by Mourinho. :(

With the injuries it'll be a batten down the hatches type of strategy I assume.

Going to this tomorrow. Can't wait. Sitting with City fans though. :(

Can anyone remember when we last played a midfield three of Carrick, Fellaini and Hererra? Have we ever?

If they all play at their best that's actually a decent midfield trio.

    Some decent, steady play potentially.

Also the potential for some elbows, kicked shins and the mobility of Obi Wan in A New Hope.

Fellaini has been one of our better players in recent weeks. A fact some people seem reluctant to admit. He's clumsy and awkward but has been very effective.

Indeed he has - does his job well, limited as the role may be.

Not feeling confident anymore. Pogba will be a big blow

Our team is falling apart with all these injuries

Not sure about the last time but I remember they all started when we beat them 4-2 a year ago at Old Trafford a couple of years back.

I hope Carrick doesn't play. I think he will struggle if they decide to press him hard

We played that midfield trio when we beat Man City 4-2 in April 2015! :)
