    I should make a habit of sticking a ten on a 3 goal difference scoreline every time I fear a thrashing. Then I can watch the game more calmly knowing I either have decent pocket change coming or a pleasant surprise.
     
    Jurgen Klopp would come out more of a genius if he tells his forwards to slow down after 2 here. The 7-0 last year was entirely on us.

    I will be surprised if we manage a shot on target from an opening, maybe a pot shot from outside.

    It’s the least confident I’ve ever been as a United fan in any game, ever.

    Every game has it's story and we still have to see the story of today's match but nothing in football is a foregone conclusion.
     
    7-0 was a freak result, losing was not.

    I do not expect us to lose our heads if we go behind like last time. But, feck me, anything can happen in this fixture.

    I would love an undeserved cheat win. Too bad Bruno isn’t playing: he is good at the shithousery bits.
     
    First time this season I really have no clue whatsoever what the starting xi will look like. Onana, Varane, McT, Amrabat and Hojlund will start I guess but apart from those, I have no clue.
     
    I hate this game. I’ve always hated this game. It gets me more than any other game. I don’t want to feel shit this evening.

    Yeah, it'll be those posters and their defence mechanism that'll be annoying, rather than the fact we got trashed (again) to our bitter rivals.
     
    Can’t remember a time when a trashing against Liverpool has been more certain. At least we expect the worst, unlike last season’s tragic showing.
     
    We're already 9th in the league. What bad can happen after Anfield really?
     
    Who created any goal chances today? Genuine question, because from the possible starters, I think I seen a post on Twitter that they have only got 4 assists all season. I thought surely not, but when you consider how shite we have been it makes sense.

    Who is going to do that ? We don't have Bruno to provide that killer pass. We don't have the defence or midfield to shut them out. We don't have a shot stopper like prime DDG to help either.

    If Arsenal drop points now against Brighton and then lose to them next weekend at Anfield it will be a 6 point lead at the top for Liverpool. :nervous:

    I just picked up a Samsung 65 inch QLED that’s branded The Frame. Unfukkingbelievable. No way am I missing this game, although it gets out of hand after 30 minutes I may have to take the wife out for a drive. There’s no way I can handle a second half like last year’s match.

    Well said. As someone else has just said, it is absolutely vital that we don't concede early on.
    As far as I am concerned, today is all about shape, keeping compact, concentrating and no red cards.
    Not dissimilar to the way Crystal Palace managed to draw with City yesterday.
    Stay in the game for as long as possible and try to hit them on the break.

    Come on United. Do it for your fans.
