    The fact that Gary Neville even thought about it shows that no Man United would criticise if Maguire or any United players mention it, except you and few others. I'm still surprised how there is United fans didn't even consider it as extra motivation, there is nothing wrong about it to begin with.

    You know we’re talking about a professional sportsman? Pressure and fans criticism is part of the game, a captain, of all players, should be able to handle it

    Please for feck sake can we start the game strong. If we concede early it’s going to be a hammering. The longer we frustrate them the better.

    Sancho not playing is to me not the biggest surprise - I thought perhaps RR would go all in for speed up front. I expect us to look more like 5-3-2.
     
    That lineup is special but I can't be hypocritical and blame him when I made the point that I would try things and see what I have for the future seasons.
     
    Sancho has been shit in his last few games, and does not put a shift in.

    Jonesy though, my body is ready for Phil to have a Robbo game.

    Looks like RR has listened to my tactical advice with that line up. Back 3 to match up to there front three, wingbacks to match up to there full backs and 2 pacey wide forwards willing to run in behind the space created by there marauding full backs.

    Not sure we will see huge amounts of the ball, important we don't panic and rush when we do get it and make the passes count use the space afforded by liverpools high line, get it forward fast play in there half bit our half.

    Ralf looks to have parked the bus, which is probably wise. I think it's the first time he's really done that, which I suppose is recognition of how little chance we have of getting anything from the game, with the primary aim instead being avoiding a historic thrashing.
