You think you dislike City the most, then we play the hubcaps and you realize the truth.

What a truly dislikeable bunch of twats.

It's so true. City are the better team so they get most of the attention but this fixture is always a reminder that Liverpool are the biggest scum in this league.

This just seems the type of game we play well, dominate and then concede a rubbish goal on the counter via a cutback in the box or a deflection.

It's all set up for Rooney to come on and lash one into the roof of the net from.... 13cm out.

All weekend I've been reading that the Scouse would come out and blow us to bits. On the contrary we've looked better, we'be just lacked incision.

In the second half Pogba needs to step up a bit. We need him to stretch his legs on the counter. If Pogba steps it up 50% he can win this for us.

Enjoyed the game tactically. Always interesting how Herrera makes decisions to press or hold off. The entire team should always complement his runs, they did it quite often to be fair. Pogba Zlatan combination interesting to see as well. Second half is likely to have goals after a goalless half, hopefully we get one more than them.

Mata for Pogba? Pogba isn't offering a huge amount of over him except perhaps being a more intimidating presser. Still bring on Mata who can still cut the passing channels and also surely more quality on the ball. He loves this game too.

Their online ref campaign is working wonders.

What's the odds on them getting a penalty and it being the winner?

So bloody obvious that will be the outcome today.

Shame Martial isn't playing in this one. Think he would have done some damage against this Liverpool team. You just know that Rooney's going to come on and score the winner.

With the way he's shooting right now, I wouldn't be sure it would be in the Liverpool goal. :D

Happy with the result and the way we are frustrating Liverpool, but at the same time, Pogba playing almost as a second striker is giving me a headache. He should be playing deeper in the pitch.

I hope Mata in for Fellaini or Pogba in the second half.
Fellaini has been magnificent with Herrera according to most on here.

Game going according to plan for Mourinho - stifling us. If ever a game looked like a 0-0 its this one.

Second half will be a different game altogether. Both teams have been working their socks off and will inevitably tire out as the game wears on. The game will stretch and the chances will come, just a matter of taking them.

Honestly, with the way this game stands at this point, it is quite literally impossible to call either way. Not with any degree of conviction anyhow.

Pogba can create a moment of magic. I would take rashford off for Mata

I think I'd trust Rashford to score a chance more than I would Zlatan. Unless it's a header.

This is classic fans isn't it.

You'd prefer a 20 game novice to get the chance, over Ibra with his 300 or so career goals across all leagues?

I think we will see him at some point.

We want to see Juanfield part 2.

    For Liverpool most likely.

He'd end up missing the ball entirely and kicking that cat like the Paddy Power advert.
That's not fair, he's produced some epic assists recently.

Maybe someone will smash the ball into his face and it'll fly in

People missing what Pogba has been doing. Think he's played quite well, but more importantly, he's been tactically superb. I remember him playing a similar role for Juve against Real.

I agree with all of this.

Who do we have as sub? Can we sub out Zlatan with Miki or Martial. I feel like Rushford should be put as main striker with Miki on the right or Martial as main striker. Zlatan doesn't has the pace to go beyond the 2 CB.

Herrera is a great player by the way. Needs to be playing for you every week.
