Maguire chatted shit..
Leicester shite at home, United great away...We’re awful at home. I fancy you to beat us, in a game similar to last season.
I hope not, this is not the kind of game for him at all. Leicester will sit deep and look to counter, we need players who can break them down. I'd keep Pogba and Greenwood in the side for this one.I think Dan James will come back in for this one
Deserving has no importance, losing to them wouldn't be the end of things. Season is still longWe just need to mark Vardy and ensure he doesn’t get chances. He is by far their biggest goal threat.
If we don’t beat them, we don’t deserve to challenge for the title.
Yea, Ole has never been involved in a title race before. It's cliche and meme as feck at this point but it's a test for OGS and this team, in that it's a game that can be half-considered a title race game... something he's not been involved in yet.
it was changed tooAwful scheduling. Why are we early Saturday after playing late Wednesday? This happened for our Everton PL game too.
Pace is useless against our defence. If Lindelof starts with Fred and McTominay, then I'd expect Vardy to be comfortably dealt with.Vardy’s pace is quite sublime when you consider that he’s actually 33.
Agreed but I have a niggling suspicion Ole will start Fred and Matic. Hopefully I’m wrong.Pace is useless against our defence. If Lindelof starts with Fred and McTominay, then I'd expect Vardy to be comfortably dealt with.
It's too much expectation to ask LiVARpool to drop 3+ points (somehow) in their next 3 games, just for us to overtake them, even if projecting 3 points for our game in hand.9 points from next 3 and we could go top of the league, before going away to Liverpool on Jan 18th.
Every league game is a cup final now. Our defense has to be on point because if they fall asleep for 15 minutes Leicester could be 2 up with Vardy’s pace.
I remember Giggs going on a run vs Real Madrid and outpacing some young full back, he was about 55 years old.Vardy’s pace is quite sublime when you consider that he’s actually 33.
Yeah same. There'll probably be an element of rotation at some stage though.I unfortunately think McTominay will be out injured and I can't see James starting - Leicester will be more compact and won't leave the spaces Leeds left. If McTominay was fit, I'd start him and play Pogba in a wide midfield type position just ahead of the midfield two.
However, I think I'd go with Fred and Pogba in a midfield two, with Greenwood, Bruno and Rashford ahead. Martial up top.
Not sure about that. Rather, I think Leicester will go out and press high, like most other teams have done against us this season. Everton did not last night, which allowed us to get the attackers involved and create hell lot of trouble for them. We may be the team playing on the counter, with Fred and Pogba in the middle. James - Martial - Rashford could be a good setup for this game.I hope not, this is not the kind of game for him at all. No, we would still be 5 pts behind if Liverpool keeps winning. But we need to win all our games for now. Beating Leicester to be some 2nd is a must for now. We have rested Fred and Scott, and Lindelof. Martial and Rashford have been rested 65mn. We need them to perform at high intensity against Leicester to get an early lead. Then we will breathe and stroll.9 points from next 3 and we could go top of the league, before going away to Liverpool on Jan 18th.

They have quite easy 3 games and plenty of rest.
There is no telling when they would drop points, but as long as we continue our run of result, we're in title challenge form, and should push them.
And Leeds did press high yet still got thumped. Not sure about that. Rather, I think Leicester will go out and press high, like most other teams have done against us this season. .................. De Gea
Bissaka - Bailly - MaGuire - Shaw
............. Pogba - Fred
.............. Fernandes
Rashford - Martial - James
They will play similarly to how they played against Spurs. Sit back and hit us through Vardy, Barnes and Albrighton. And Leeds did press high yet still got thumped.
There is a reason Ancelotti was extra careful against us and sat deep. And there is also a reason why City came to play with 2 defensive midfielders and we're shy to try and attack us. Same with Chelsea visit at Old Trafford.
Leicester won't be suicidal, they'll be cautious.
Very true.Shit like this should be banned.
What’s wrong with you? We have a great squad. Be confident! If offered a guaranteed draw right now I'd take it.
Why? We're not going to win the league with this attitude. It's Leicester City, not Manchester City.If offered a guaranteed draw right now I'd take it.
Who do we play in the next round? Are there penalties if it’s a draw on 90 mins?If offered a guaranteed draw right now I'd take it.
Just put Bailly on him.Either could win, Vardy will definitely score.
One out of two. Lately, we´re smashing all presumably weaker teams, them pressing high or not.And Leeds did press high yet still got thumped.

Leeds and Everton aren’t significantly weak IMO we’ve just played to our strengthsOne out of two. Lately, we´re smashing all presumably weaker teams, them pressing high or not.
It's a coin flip when two talented teams play each other. I hope we do our jobs properly and keep our shape. We can penetrate their defence at the right time. Martial scoring will help his confidence no end and you could see him take the game to Leicester after that.
We're very good defensively since the Spurs defeat. We limit chances, we hold the midfield the best we've ever done post-Fergie, and our attack is lethal.
I'll take a 1-1 and move on, but fingers crossed we can nick a win, it would be huge.
