  He tried to prioritize the center of goal that was already covered, ignoring the obvious route to the near post. Predictably, the ball didn't go to the center of goal, and beat him at the near post instead - exactly what happened to De Gea as well.

  I dont agree. Wolves keeper tried to guess the direction of the ball which was the solution fans were hammering DDG with and then a simple shot across the body made the Wolves keeper look stupid.
  If a keeper favours one side like that then the striker will simply aim for the open side and then keeper will get shit on for not reaching it.
